Go to spin classes, it will help make you knee stronger. Combine it with weight lifting. Do progressive overloads.

Think diet is fecked. I'm single now and work doesn't leave much time for cooking, which I love to do

Spin might help a bit, but you’d be better putting on muscle. That will burn more over time. If you do go cardio (and can handle it) High intensity interval training- takes hardly any time (though you heart rate will be at almost 100% - so be careful, maybe to a month of spin pushing yourself first). But that will raise your metabolism and raise your vo2, so burn more calories over time and be able to perform better.

Also, do yoga. As younger older your body will thank you.

I can't believe how unfit I am currently. Cardio has gone to pot. Was out of breath taking a shortish walk.

So didn't want to get into too energetic straight away. I'm 51 now so didn't want to do any damage

Onana, Maguire, Lindelof, Rashford, Antony just arent good enough to be starting regulallry in a side that wants to compete for titles.

Another manager restart is the last thing anyone wants but you also can't go week after week being outplayed by teams with 1/8 of our budget in some cases.

We need to see a good second half. Come on reds ffs.

Seriously, go walking, and ease yourself into strength training (weights) soon be lighter and fitter.

Try and get into a sport. Great excercise and fun.

Start slow, but regular, has to become a habit. My best was when I would do 3 days weights, 3days running, 1 or 2 running days would be hiit, made the longer running day between5-8k a breeze. That said, you need very good protein intake not to fack yourself doing that.

Basically start running, go as far as you can manage, stop or walk, then repeat. Do that for a month or two and you’ll be doing 3-5 k easy without stopping. You need to do atleast 3 times a week though to see that
