Worst signing of all time is a bit much, though yep its looking a bit of a shambles at the moment.

We had £65m to replace Xhaka who had a good season but was hardly Zidane, and somehow we still stuffed it up.

Chelsea getting what they did for Mount and Havertz is incredible. I can't see why either buying side did it. Woukd love to see both players to prove me wrong.

dont want to lump on as was part of our cl success (although a small but very important part).

But he just isn't great at anything.
He's not particularly quick, he's weak for someone so tall, his touch is awful then he will once a year do something like the newcastle goal and you think oh here we go..but no.

He's a very limited player.

Arteta's trying to be too much like pep, thinking he's seeing things in players that others aren't .

The trick with these players who supposedly have talent but Flop at big clubs is to let them re-establish themselves at a "lesser" club first. We should've let Havertz do that and them it would've most likely confirmed what we all know about him, and we probably wouldn't have signed him.

Pepe?

Havertz is worse than Pepe. As chit as Pepe was he did get an OK number of goals and assists.

what do we all know about him?

Havertz is a good player.

Same can’t be said for Caicedo, Mudryk or Lavia.

I still don't understand why we have signed Havertz. He may eventually come good but I honestly can't see it.

Mudryk's stock has risen on the back of his awful cross.

I'm not too sure you know. I've seen videos from the west stand. Apparently a coach has come out and said they planned on raya being off his line.
Im still dubious, but he's been playing well recently.
Was a constant threat on saturday, and defensively very good too, was good and scored v fulham, scored for ukraine.

He's improving week by week.

Hazertz signing feels like pure ego from Arteta. I'd have hesitated even if the bloke was a free agent let alone 65m!

Think havertz is slowly improving, and felt he did well with his sub appearance on Saturday. I'd still never have signed him, let alone for 65 fecking million.

Not sure about mudryk. Pen was dubious, and his goal was a fluke. But if course, it was against us, so might give him confidence.

pen was anything but dubious. Was going on target/in if not for the handball.

Also again im not too sure on the goal being a fluke or not.

However taking those things away he was very good all round on saturday. We strangely enough lost some defensive shape when he went off as he was backing up cucurella so well.

You're not sure if mudryks goal was a fluke? I dunno man, just have to apply some common sense.

Lots of debate about the penalty. Can see why it was given, can also see why most of the footballing world think it should not have been given. Even John Terry falls into the latter category. Saying it's not dubious is a massive stretch.

Sanchez clattering into jesus, now that's one that isn't dubious imo.

Cucurella another defender Vs saka who almost constantly got away with yellow cards. He seemed genuinely surprised the ref applied the rules correctly when he eventually got booked but that's pretty standard for saka tbf.

i think he saw him off his line far before he shot.
not a cross at all.

It's a cross - he is basically making sexy eyes at Sterling on the back post, however I will take it and say it was on purpose

And seriously you can't make up the gumba bs - Chelsea penalty not stonewall and Sanchez missing a cross (that's never ever been given even though they happen every game )

But Arsenal play acting is completely ok right?

Oh and were they able to get Saka out Cucus pocket? Looked like it would need surgery.......

sadly when they took mudryk off, madueke really didnt help his case on saturday, came on, just kept giving it away and didn't help defend saka and white
