What's more, such is our incredible dominance - even if we get absolutely smashed by Palace this evening and lose 10-0. We'll still be top.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
it's true as well
We need to enjoy it whilst it lasts - at some point City will go on a 12/13/14/15 game winning streak and win it with little fuss, much like last season.
Our football is great at the moment though, a top 4 finish playing like this, coupled with actually trying to win the FA cup (even if we very likely fail) will be good enough for me.
Right now though we need to do what the Gooners did last year and keep riding this momentum train - it’s all that they did and it got them back in the CL, it’s exactly what we need to do as well, make hay whilst the sun shines

I agree, I think they will end up 2nd or 3rd.
Liverpool are looking good and gaining momentum and confidence. Also wouldn’t rule out Arsenal, technically a great team but perhaps lack a goal scorer.

They look more functional and less fluid. I think by their own standards they have started better points wise, than in previous seasons? I haven't looked it up.

Yeah I think that's probably right. Seems to be something different about them. They've shown frailty without Rodri and even Haaland has been through a drought by his standards. Will be interesting to see if they get back to their best.
City are a different team without Gundogan & De Bruyne. Not as penetrating as normal and they seem a bit more fragile at the back.
Still a top class team though and well capable of having a long unbeaten run especially if Haaland continues to score at will.
Take one or two key players out of the City side, and they come right back to the pack. They haven`t got quite the depth everyone makes out they have. They miss De Bruyne big time.
Early doors but a great start, along with a bit of luck. The biggest obstacle to City isn't squad depth, it's fixture congestion. And that's where Spurs have a real edge. It could happen. The team that wind the prem is the team that deserves to win. You can't fluke it.
