Id rather he cracked on with redeveloping the stadium
and is thinking about binning Poch
Yeah the stadium development would be great.
I bet the CPO concerned about Boehley & Co though.
Poch ? personally imo, despite where we are at changing now would not help.
I think that after the next 4 fixtures we will be too far behind to salvage this season. In terms of any form of European football for next season.
Depending on our progression, the end of the season would be my preference to look at a change.
I am optimistic he will gel this squad, but we do need a proper keeper and someone who can find the back of the net.
I worry when the players heads start have a wobble how this will effect the squad.
The wage bill for the senior squad is down to 160m. p/season. ( mid table wage bill)

People still looking at the fixture list as if we're a typical top 4 chasing team with easy & hard match ups?
If we don't pick up a few positive results in this upcoming run then something will have changed/we've hit a new low. For a significant amount of time, enough to form a pattern, we've played our best vs. opposition who are too proud to stonewall us! Spurs (A) is a very intriguing fixture in particular, it's like a Man City light match. Lately City have simply overwhelmed us (and that could happen here), but if their players get a little too hyped by the crowd/play a little too aggressively, they'll be playing the game we want them too. It's a game worth watching if nothing else.
But yeah, no fear what so ever for this supposed nasty run. I'm equally concerned about Everton & Sheff Utd afterwards
Wasn't convinced when you guys Sanchez as your main keeper.
I think when Nkunku returns you will be more clinical up front too.
But already nearly quarter of the season gone so there will be a lot of pressure on his shoulders.
Devil:
With out doubt we are dealing with a new reality, we have been for sometime imo!
The issue for me is the way the new ownership has gone about what ever they are doing.
It is senseless, i resent being blagged into
"We are serious , Trust in the process"
They may be serious, but they aint got fckn clue imo.

Hezz,
Yes the pressure on the whole squad will mount.
Im more concerned with how the players will react when they start to feel that they are on a hiding to nowhere.
They do have long contracts, but mainly the wagers are low, i think we have about 10 high earners, the rest are on well under 100k.

You obviously have a lot of quality in the squad. But as an outsider looking in, where I think your lacking is experience.
A lot of potential in the squad and players of a good age that's why Poch was given the job.
But after being spoilt with the unprecedented success under Abramovich, trying to readjust is what will be the hardest.
Especially now with more of a level playing field across the PL. Of course you can and will have the ability to go and splash £100m on a player but the landscape and way things are done has changed now.
Simon Jordan said on the radio yesterday he reckons Chelsea will/can win the league in a 2-3yrs max, I think it will be harder than that.
Also looking at the Chelsea team nowadays compared to before I don't get scared by any names or really worried like before. That's telling.
yeah i heard Jordans comment , as much i agree with a lot of his views , on that imo he is way off.
Ifarka why are you deleting your own comments?
oh yeah , ive was running my mouth off,but i've deleated to save my blushes
How about you?

Good words but didn't really address what I was saying
This issue of us not being able too breaks low blocks pre-dates this ownership to be fair to them. It's gotten to comedic levels on their watch but it was heading in that direction anyway.
