You guys are facing the same issue we were; running through managers who weren't cutting it, because we had a squad that was a mismatched group of "talent" that couldn't be made into a decent team, because there wasn't the skill sets needed to play in one way.

We're trying to fix it by selling virtually everyone and splashing a billion quid on a new squad. With what you've spent the last few years, I'm not sure that's an option for you. But any new manager coming in is going to face the same issue. How do you build a coherent side out of players bought at different times, for different managers, that don't mesh?

Amrabat hasn’t had chance to bed in, Hoijlund started the season late, Mount signed after a season of injury.

Yes a lot of it is the clubs fault, but this squad is paper thin.
