It's true, but as everyone in every commentary keeps saying, there is no visible game plan. Whoever is playing you should be able to see what the patterns are and what the players are trying to do.

Exactly, I won't use city as an example as people will say its pep but look at liverpool or brighton, even when they change their 11 their general style of play is the same, our 1st 11.plays rubbish and the back ups play the same way

the thing that is most difficult for me is the complete lack of confidence that is in the team. It's obivous that players are not reacting quickly enough or acting instinctively. This is a management issue.

Al those calling for ETH to be sacked are idiot's. Do that and you will be relegated. Can't you see that sacking managers every 2 years or so makes you worse! How has sacking the manager helped since 2013? It's the players that need shipping out and you need four windows for that.
