Interesting they mentioned a couple of times already that Forrest is supposedly faster than Maeda. That's actually pretty damning for Forrest. Only one of them is brave and uses it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's hard to believe.
Rumour MOR is a £25M target for four EPL clubs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1 100M bid will do
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why? So they can buy 5 or 6 2million quid players?

What a fcking spineless wee basa he is , hid behind the fullback all game ...offfered fck all to anyone and took the easy option every time .
Yang was great when introduced but i thought Palma was doing well enough to remain on
Thst was a tough watch tonight

Why did the SPFL ban fans from the side and end stands at Celtic park?
Happy to get the win, but that was heavy going. Thought we were starting to see some improvement in recent weeks, but think that’s stalled. We missed CCV at the back tonight to give us some stability and leadership, missed Hatate in midfield to help link up play, and we badly miss Jota’s creativity up front.
Some poor performances didn’t help either-AJ and Taylor weren’t very good, Scales looked a bit panicky, Forrest contributed virtually nothing, Turnbull scored a peach but was a bit meh apart from that, and Maeda was Maeda.
Special mention though to Phillips. Worryingly, practically everything about him reminds me of Shane Duffy-but a worse version of him. He’s fvcking woeful.
Yang and Holm looked promising when they came on, and Oh took his goal well. Kyogo contributed far more when he played off Oh. Palma was decent enough (although he was fouled every single time he went past his player yet never got awarded a foul once), and O’Riley was ok as well. McGregor was MOTM for me.
Crowd attendance was poor as well tonight, and slow applause to the Bhoys group for walking out after about 5 mins to show their support for the GB. Fannies.
Lots for Rodgers to work on.

Only saw 1H before heading out but your and CT summaries are apt. Taylor and Forrest awful. MOR will be off for good money but as much cos looking round and thinking wtf am I doing playing with these donkeys.
Forrest will keep hanging around like a bad smell cos he’s pyoor been here fur hunners and is a pyoor cellik man. Not sure he’s even prem standard. Scheite bag 15 career yellows.
Thought Philips maybe rusty but seeing fack all from him anaw.
Everyone else meh.
I actually thought Taylor and Scales were decent but I was only watching on the tv could've been different at the game and I thought McGregor was awful bit of a difference in opinions POV
we need to give Holm a run of games, you can see he has genuine quality and looks like the only person who'll break the lines like Hatate does
hopefully Brendan knows now that he doesn't have to take Kyogo off to bring Oh on
agree thought it was harsh to take Palma off but O'Riley had a shocker
Yang very good
Johnston is doing anything wrong but he's nowhere near the player he was last season, doesn't look fit at all to me
he looks a bit generic now doesn't he.
thought o'riley must be tired, but lets be honest, that lineup was a disgrace last night.
2 years of champions league money, and selling our best player for 25 million and that was our lineup? Thats gross mismanagement as far as i'm concerned.
thought yang looked good on the ball but his end product is poor. Holm looked good, and oh took his goal well.
we couldn't get the ball to kyogo, and i think mcgregors been ineffective lately but you could see the work he was putting in to get the winner last night.
also, don't care if he scored, tunrbulls rotten, and forrest should never get near our first team again.

Scales just looked really nervy last night-probably cos he had that big haddy Philips next to him. Him and Taylor were poor for the goal we lost.
Just thought McGregor pushed us on at times. He had a couple of cracking passes inside the box to create chances. Think sometimes he does a lot that others don’t and it just doesn’t get noticed.
For me ... Mcgregor had one of his worst 30mins of football yesterday , so many unusually misplaced passes from him at the start of the game
we tend to lose the ball alot when Taylor is involved but i have to say his work rate last night was first class and i wish a few others put in his effort .
We NEED a left back though and have done for years !!!
I didnt think Phillips was too bad , few times he didnt hit his man out wide but apart from that he did fine ...am i missing something he did ?....right after our goal his clearance after his block wasnt great but it got charged down as he was trying to clear and then he ran out and blocked the shot
Philips looks like a big lump, and moves like one too.
for being one of our best players, i very rarely find myself thinkin mcgregor was motm.
Phillips is just so clumsy. He’s got poor positional sense and gets in the way. Everything about him is so slow. He just gives me the fear anytime he’s on the ball, and anytime another team is attacking.
i think scales has been terrific to be honest, brave, composed, looks like a natural.
but i feel like it could just be a honeymoon period like ralston had under ange for a bit, and that it will catch up eventually.

Aye, that’s pretty much where I’m at with Scales as well. Been way better than I expected at times though, so fair play.
Expected far better from Phillips. Only mitigating factor I suppose is his lack of game time, but he’s worryingly slow. Actually makes me wonder how the fook he could even be 7th/8th choice CB at ‘Pool … he looks miles off the levels required down South.
What was the scoop with CCV’s omission last night anyway? Just rested?
