Ange is a one trick pony but it’s a very exciting trick!
Though his props right now are cheap and nasty 😊
Possibly but better a on trick pony than a no trick pony like Eric Ten Bob.

Yeah Utd don’t even have a style of play. It’s all mish mash and it’s showing in their winging it style wins of 1-0 against fodders.
If you mean will he only settle for attacking football regardless of circumstances, then yes. And I’m ok with that

So am I.
Well except when it leads to conceding two injury time goals.
Tbf to Ange he's missing, what, 2 first teamers due to injury.

Exactly. AP is getting stick because he has done so well, giving people, or some people anyway sky high expectations. Judge him in his second season when he’s had a couple of windows.

Of course.
But then isn’t the question, can he play his normal style with the players he’s had to bring in?

I’m not calling for him to be sacked or anything, I like him, his style and his straightforwardness when dealing with the media, I’m just asking a question.
And I think all managers should ultimately be judged at the END of the season.

Ange getting harshly criticised but what manager when managing a good first team that doesn't have much strength in depth behind it, wouldn't struggle when 2 of his key players get injured and are out for 2-3 months, and another 2 key players get suspended.
We need a manager who can adapt to the situation in front of him and still pick up points. I am all for front foot attacking football but not at the expense of results. We know we have zero strength in depth thanks to Levy, but Ange needs to adapt to get the best out of what he has, otherwise it will be yet another long season.
Would vdv and Madison have got injured if Ange hadn't played that stupid high line when the team was down a man?

He doesn't compromise his style of play irrespective of the opponent but you all know that. We played Real Madrid in the Champions League and we had a go playing 4-3-3. He will have a go in the Man City game regardless of what team he can put out. Every first team player is schooled in the way he wants to play.
I saw the highlights of the game yesterday and despite the insipid performance saw you had chances to put the game to bed (Johnson 72nd minute ) but didn't take them.
You all know it's a long term project and there will be bumps along the road especially when half a team are unavailable.

So is losing two games on the bounce, and yet here we are.
If we sit back and concede people would be moaning about us inviting pressure. Can’t win.
