If you avoid it Arsenal and Utd should take the punishment between them for giving y ou 120m+ for Mason Mount and Kai facking Haverts.

Regarding a penalty for getting CFc out of the 5 - hitte.

Sorry to disappoint, but the foundations at Cfc are strong, rooted in an unwavering decent moral dignity.

There will be no folding at Stamford Bridge

What Chelsea should do, is check out how you get to Barnet and Hartlepool.

Barnet, north London isn't it ?, we could get an armoured car there, no problem !
Hartlepool ,nice people up there and I'm sure they would love to see us ,beats going to Norf Landan dunnit !

Props to us realising we won’t get top 4 because we are crap, but might if we do over cfc and city in. A top way of eliminating potential rivals.

Spurs, arsenal and pool, we’ll be digging up info on you too, be warned

Would selling James, Chilwell & Gallagher be justified ?

No way Gallagher will be at Chelsea next year - highly profitable sale for the club and he is one of those players that is good so will go for a good fee but at the same time is easily replaceable for much left.

Rumour was we (Spurs) were very interested in the summer and I could see United offering a silly amount for him.

James is a great player but with his injury record if you could get £70m ish for him then you’d be mad not to sell.

No team should touch any Chelsea player in the transfer market. That would be the easiest way to stop their cheating.

I remember when Hazard was set to join a PL club and it was either going to be United or Chelsea, he ultimately chose the money. Money Chelsea obtained by cheating most likely

Strike,

I personally feel/ hope the club will do what ever it takes to prevent an FFP breach.

This may well mean that they have to sell 1 or 2 of the clubs best academy assets, in addition to the 5/6 players who are already known not to be part of Poch's plans, as they are pure profit.

Im sure that they are looking both James & Chilwell's vulnerability to injury and considering how much of a risk is to keep them in the squad against what they bring to the table.

Gallagher? Well i think it all depends on what Poch thinks regarding his position, we do have cover. imo it would be a great shame if he was sold solely to get the club out of a predicament of its own making.

It would, I get he is Chelsea through and through, but he is already as good as he is ever going to be in my opinion and United for instance offered £60m plus I don’t see how you could turn that down - a great offer for a good but not great player.

You would imagine the next summer window would be more geared around players out and looking to add 1 or 2 players to fill gaps identified by Poch - but then the last two summers have not gone that way so who knows.

Laugh at all the opposition fans who got boners over this, and collect their tears like happens every time. Nothing funnier than reading another sheety Shandy post crying about Chelsea

All clubs should boycott buying any Chelsea players. Easiest way to let them go under with FFP. They haven't a chance of balancing the books if all clubs shun Chelsea.

In all honestly , the club do have the assets to ensure that the accounts are compliant.

So all this uproar in certain circles regarding the way the club have restuctured it's finances and playing staff , is just sour grapes.

The reality is as a norm the club would be able to rely on the following years income and assets to be assured it is FFP compliant.

In this case, tbf to the club, they had to restructure the finances

1: To reduce the wage bill - down by 30% 80m.

2: Reshape the squad- by selling 30 + players

3: To bring in a whole new squad over 2 seasons.

The club will have done all of this by the end of this season.

Unfortunatley , due to loss of income , created by the club loosing its C/L status the club maybe pressed into ransacking the academy to carry out such a huge restructuring and comply to FFP guidance.

The reality is the club do have the resources /assets to undertake the restucturing in the way they have.

We will see by the end of season/ next FFP reporting due date JUNE24 , how many academy assets will have been sold to ensure the club do comply to FFP.
