Because it is wrong.
Really Bad defending for their goal, poor finishing first half, ref not giving a stonewall pen and a red card.
Yet you’ve made a thread about Bamford costing us 2 points because a tight offside was given.
Yep absolutely…lots of reasons we didn’t win that game for sure. But I’ll stress again…in my opinion…he cost us right at a critical time when we thought we had unlocked the door and won it at the death. Not a Paddy bashing…just another incident in a growing catalogue of incidents that makes me think he shouldn’t be playing.
Hi infiniteone, it's Patrick again..... okay I won't do that again as I was just trying to imagine what PB would say reading all his critiques and also I'm sure if he doesn't read a forum like this there must be some Leeds players that have a gander when we win but like last night probably aren't too keen to read fans opinions then.
I actually didn't think you were too unfair or overly critical but just highlighted what did happen and like me when we all jumped for joy thinking we'd got a late winner but utterly deflated and annoyed at seeing PB was flagged in the lead up, I will be amazed if the guys not happy with your singling out of Bamford did not use a few fruity expletives aimed in his direction for being adjudged offside.
You of course have every right to post what you have done and then it's up to others to join in with their opinions for or against as that's what this forum encourages. Healthy, constructive, hard but fare debate.
Unfortunately like the Man U forum which can be really vicious at times amongst there own, ego's come into play and a sense of humour is bypassed which I personally try to maintain however upset and frustrated I get with certain players.
Bamford must have run over a black cat or something because like you said his poor form doesn't seem to look like changing anytime soon and so you can't ignore it even though the whole team was off it a tad aswell.
He's stinking the place out unfortunately and when we don't win he's getting even more heat and although my little parody tried to explain he's not doing it deliberately he should be kept on the bench atm unless we're comfortably ahead and then he can hopefully come on with less pressure and regain his confidence.
I imagine because he is taking a big fat wage though every week the owners may have encouraged Farke to use him ahead of the likes of Joseph but surely Farke can see Bamford's not the answer in tight games atm and I sincerely hope PB can rediscover even just half of his old best form because that may just help us get over the line come next May but yes he definitely has lost all his confidence and looks as rusty as fack.
Am not sure, that goal gets scored if bamford isnt offside.
Watch it again, the nick, takes it off the defenders toe.
Not a Paddy bashing…

Yes you are, just look at the fact that you blame Bamford for three points lost even though his penalty would have only levelled the score.
And despite the fact that leeds were offside three times in the game its only his offside that somehow cost us the game.
Like I said, Bamford Derangement Syndrome.

Matty…the pen was to go ahead with little time to play.
We then went on to concede.
Hey everyone Ipswich have lost so we have remarkably reduced the gap. Slowly slowly we are getting to where we all want to be in the top 2.... Last night's really disappointing result feels a lot better tonight with apart from Leicester, results going our way today.

Ipswich losing today makes last night even more annoying in my book.
Lots being said about the chances missed, which is fair - but one goal should have been enough against them. Let's face it, they were dire.
The goal conceded was a comedy of errors.
As for Bamford, I can't believe he is still even a subject for debate. The bloke's been finished for a couple of years now. His legs are all over. He reminds me of a new born lamb or calf or foal taking its first steps. No wonder he can't finish any more. He's done.

Er….it was a deflected own goal? I’m not sure the point….I just think (in my opinion 😂)….had we scored that penalty we would have shut that game down and won because we seemed fairly comfortable. I think Bamford stepping up to take that was putting himself in the firing line for absolutely no reason….

We had more than enough chances to bury that game.
Was it Bamford’s fault that Piroe, James and Kamara couldn’t hit the target from 12 yards?
I think Bamford is probably past his best now or at least needs a run in the side (which he won’t get) to get his sharpness back but to blame him for us not winning last night truly is bazzare.
You two aren’t dispelling the rumours 😂😂👍👍
