I'm guessing it depends what they asked Megan and Harry, or the context?
"Hey I wonder what your child's skin colour might be?" "Is your child gonna be black?"
"Do you know any more about your child's skin colour?"
"What colour hair will your child have?"
"Will you have a boy or a girl?"
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But skin colour doesn't matter so why ask? And pretending it's the same as asking the gender of the child? Why would anyone know anything about the skin colour of their unborn child?
This country makes polls and commissions research to prove it's not racist but the defence and attempted rationalisation of some things like this suggests otherwise.

I agree with House... I think everything is about the context, and I doubt we'll ever know the truth. I think it's very normal for families to have conversations about what the baby will look like. Will they look more like mum or dad? Will they have red hair? What colour eyes will they have? Will the baby be a boy or girl? All these add to the excitement before the big day. I think the question about skin tone is actually fine. Where it then crosses the line is if that curiosity turns into CONCERN which is what Megan claimed. But here is where I see it as it stands :
- Megan claimed there were concerns about skin colour, but that she was not herself part of that conversation
- my assumption is that it must therefore have been Harry present at those conversations
- Harry subsequently denied that those concerns ever really happened, and said the British media made it up.
I honestly don't know what is true, no one can apart from those in the conversation.

Yeah, makes complete sense that everyone gets to decide what's racist instead of just the person on the receiving end. Maybe also lend more weight to the opinion of those holding the whip.

It does depend on the context. Many things could be innocent or racist depending on the context. These guys are saying how it can happen innocently and nobody said that's not possible, but the victim says it was a racist context and looking at circumstantial evidence then there's nothing to suggest that's not the case. So what's the dealio there?
Let's look at the context that we know of. It is clear that she ran into trouble with William and Kate very early on. They didn't think Harry would keep her. Her and Harry fever took over the world. It was literally insane and I know what I'm talking about. Kate and William will never even come close to even smelling what Meghan and Harry could have achieved for the Royal family.
They missed a massive opportunity because of jealousy and racism which just enforces the perception of the RF across most of the world as an enabler and icon of racism that is bothered with racial purity and such sheet. They just couldn't handle it, even at the cost of losing one of their own, like amputating a body part to save the rest of you from infection.
Furthermore the whole Meghan affair and how it panned out day after day and the way she was treated in this country by the media and how most of the country lapped it up cannot be devoid of a racist context no matter what excuses they make or how many reports they commission to say the country has no racism.
And just like all other racism, the victim brought it on themselves or deserved it somehow. Meghan made Kate cry and all the media plastered it on their prime pages. Turns out it was Kate that made Meghan cry but the reaction to that was completely different. This came out during the Oprah interview and all that time none of the media ever picked up the truth? Meghan had to reveal this herself? That's just a tip of the iceberg. There was so many lies from their media machine. Kate and William set out to ruin Meghan, and Harry if necessary.
The country is in denial that she was a victim of petty jealousy especially from their beloved Kate who obviously didn't like Meghan as she realised Queen or no queen she would be in Meghan's shadow forever and could never outshine Meghan in this reality. Her and William would be the heirs and eventually King and Queen of a slowly dieing entity only by name, but Harry and Meghan were gonna be the real king and queen, royalty that cannot die as it's in the hearts of the world, and little girls wearing tiaras from Zimbabwe to Australia would idolise Meghan like they did Harry's mother, not Kate.
That doesn't even begin to cover it but now Kate and racist Charles are the ones asking about skin colour? Oh yeah, it was definitely just innocent conversations. Obviously it was part of their campaign against her, attacking her from all angles including race and making her royal life untenable and hoping she flips and somehow implodes on herself.
Luckily she was too savvy for that and she took them down with her rather than take that bullsheet. She hurt them more than they hurt her and took her victory away with her. This is the royal family. The strength and fortitude she possesses is amazing and she couldn't have pulled it off without Harry by her side and supporting her. Kudos to both of them.
They have already achieved something William and Kate never will, they've set an example and empowered many people and delivered a mortal wound to the senseless hegemony of the royal family. Stick that in your pipes and smoke it.

Thankfully I don't live in the UK so didn't have to have it rammed down my throat 24/7 but have to say it made no sense and was a little crazy how quick the public turned on them for speaking out. A very weird reaction.
It only happened in the UK though. Nobody outside these borders was buying that sheet and everybody around the world knows what happened.
Go to any big newspaper site in UK and search Meghan Markle. Change dates to last week or last month to avoid the current Scobie book news. It's a joke. They are still coming for her and will probably never stop. People in UK live under that influence and can't escape it.
Let's assume Meghan was hard to get along with. Is she the first royal that's hard to get along with? Andrew was a pervert and paedophile and we never heard about it. Why was she the only one since Diana getting her clothes removed in public? It's all about the narrative and they intentionally did this to destroy her.
People lapped it up because she wasn't "RF material" anyway, and being half black all the stories and rumours about her being precious, uppity and only there to be a princess are therefore true.

OK.
Just imagine if Diana & Dodi didn't crash & they married which was as likely as not...yeah she wasn't queen or ever likely to be, but the mother of the next king potentially giving birth to muslim half brothers....it'd have been carnage...
The royal family weren't at all keen..hence the stories around the cause of the crash
& now were worried because an actress who got lucky is (slightly) of colour...I watched all of Suits & I thought she looked white with good skin tone
I'm awaiting the woke police at the door...

----------------------------------------------------------------------
It doesn't matter but why can't it be a discussion. A good friend of ours not too long ago married a white dude and she always jokes about how dark the baby may or may not be. That doesn't make it racist ffs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, makes complete sense that everyone gets to decide what's racist instead of just the person on the receiving end. Maybe also lend more weight to the opinion of those holding the whip.

Well if it's just opinion there's no problem. In my opinion it's not racist to wonder about it, but it's the way it's said, and to whom.

You've literally made that all up. That's your narrative based on no more inside knowledge and facts than some Daily Mail anti-Megan piece, and thus has same degree of credibility.
