Great albums especially rum, sodomy and the lash for me but live nothing could beat it, great times.

Sad news.

I only really know The Pogues up to Fairytale Of New York and a (pretty darn great) Best of… comp. They’re just one of those bands I’ve never quite got round to properly investigating.

Guess I’ll start with Rum, Sodomy and the Lash and probably spend the rest of my time regretting having never seen them live.

Never rated Fairytale of New York but sad news

My favourite Christmas song of all time. Battled through a lot he did and surprised he lasted so long but sad regardless. RIP Shane.
