Yeh, we won the last 80 minutes 1-0.

Outclassed for spells in that game. Did well to keep up the fight and not suffer a heavy defeat. Always going to struggle when missing our two best central midfielders. RAN was a miss too, as the formation is less flexible without him there.

Hopefully we'll see all of them back for Tuesday. Two winnable home games coming up now, although Burnley will be buoyed after that big win today.

Arsenal are a good team. The energy and how quickly they get people round the ball at times is impressive. Not many teams are preventing that second goal they scored.

Arsenal took their foot off the gas but we did well eventually and nice not to get a hammering.

Starting to feel confident in O'Neil now he has settled in. Not great, not Nuno levels but no fear of relegation.

Arsenal used four substitute windows which isn't allowed without concussions.

Nothing will get done about it.

Wouldn't that be the 4th official at fault?

Perhaps we should be allowed to replay the game - on second thoughts.

I think two of the substitution happened in the same window. It was just a long window due to an injury.

O'Neil sort of suggesting Jonny might have refused to travel, what's all that about?

Read yesterday that Jonny was fed up because he was not paying at all.

I have some sympathy with Jonny after being overlooked in favour of Doherty on Monday and Bueno yesterday but, if he did refuse to travel that's not on. His performances last season were very inconsistent, to get back to anything like his best form he needs games and looks like he's not going to get them. A January transfer is looking more likely.

That’s us out then.

Neves has said that he is not interested in joining Newcastle and he’s quite happy where he is.

Hope that’s true.

I do genuinely think Ruben is that rare breed of player that will honour his commitments, though it could be that with the ownership structure he might not ultimately have much choice further down the line. A player in his positions shouldn't be playing out there though, fine if you're past your best but still able to draw a crowd in return for a ludicrous sum but, in your prime you should be competing in the top leagues not one where the majority of the league attract crowds of under 5000.

Sadly money talks and who wouldn’t.
