Historically no, currently though only France and Spain are in our league and I’d fancy us against Spain.

This group though is just how it goes for us under Southgate - pizz easy, we won’t have a test until the quarters and that’s where we usually go wrong. Whoever gets out of group B on the other hand is going to be battle hardened

No, Germany were and still are genuinely schitt. France had disruption in the camp - something they are quite susceptible to.

No idea with Portugal, but in 2016 they had a straight forward group but only managed to draw all 3 games and scrape through after Ronaldo scored in the last minute, then they had extra time and penalties against the Swiss - but they weren’t too tired to go on and win the tournament again
