No distractions tonight with the Master Chef final being aired on BBC 1 on Wednesday instead of Tuesday and Thursday. If you get the chance to watch the final, Tom is in the line-up of the four chefs left in the competition.
This will be his hardest task as the chefs cook for all the chefs with the Michelin stars. It's win or bust, so I will be keeping everything crossed.
Tonight's game is one that we should win but you can never be sure, however, but I'm going for a Bolton win.

Oh I might make kick off tonight.
Starting 11. Coleman. Forrester Toal Iredale. Dacres-cogley Morley Maghoma Dempsey Ashworth. Charles Adeboyejo.
Subs Williams Sheehan Thomason Mendes Gomes Jerome Böðvarsson Nlundulu.
No sub keeper, Jerome was fit all along.
1-0 at ht with a breakaway goal, cross by Dempsey who has played well and Charles bundled home.
Changed the entire midfield at ht. Morley Dempsey Maghoma off Mendes Gomes Thomason and Sheehan on.
Thomason can't help himself booked. The 3 subs haven't helped at all.
Mendes Gomes slots home the 2nd. Shades of klasnic v Blackpool.
Final subs Nlundulu and Jerome on for Charles and Adeboyejo.
Jerome fouled, pen. Nlundulu slots home and it has to be retaken. Saved 2nd go.
Finished 2-0 and with 10 men as Nlundulu injured after taking the pens.
A poor turnout all round, not just on here.
Fear not Benny, I won't be coming back to the UK for a long time. This visit has been a pain I could have done without. The only good thing coming from it is, the Whites have won and scored plenty.
Bad news; I should be home for the Portsmouth game.
£20000 prize money to the club to offset the poor crowd. It's a hard sell on a freezing cold Tuesday night coming up to Christmas. I didn't go. Bit like last December not 100% and sat out in that last night no good for me. I had to go home at ht against Bristol rovers last December. Fell lucky this year all the midweek league fixtures seem to be away. Oh for living in a warm climate.
After a busy two days of business meetings, I arrived home had dinner, sat down and fell into a deep sleep. My wife woke me up in time to go to bed.
I am sorry I missed the game, but the result was a good one. The only problem was that we now have another player injured just as he was coming into good form.
Let's hope that he isn't out of action too long. Hopefully, we won't need him for the game against Portsmouth on Monday night.

That's a pity. I wonder how many he deserved against poor judgment by the refs?
Update on Tom at Master Chef, he did well last night and he is now in the last three who will compete for the title tonight on BBC 1 at 8:00 pm.
Nlundulu out for a number of months. Surgery required on his hamstring injury.
So Luton away in the cup 2pm Sunday on the 7th January. Televised but not officially in the UK. Lincoln or Accrington away in the efl trophy. Probably Wednesday the 10th January.
How did Tom get on ?
See you on the other side. I'm travelling soon.
Don't be backing the Whites for Monday's game. I'll be settled in at home in my shorts for the game, joining in on the live thread.

Pasty, Tom absolutely smashed it. He won the M<asterChef 2023 competition. I'm so pleased for him.
I just wonder what the future holds for him, He has said that at some stage he would like to open his own restaurant, but he would also like to get on TV more. He loved the experience
We will need to see if he can make it happen and if the opportunities open up for him. At the moment he is working at the same hotel chain where his father is executive chef. There are four restaurants at the Hotel. Lewis, his dad, has approximately 400 chefs working under him. He also oversees other hotels' Kitchens in the group.
Perhaps, he should go to the States and show them what he can do.
Just to add to that, The Hotel where they work is the Hotel that all the Premiership clubs use when they are playing Brighton.
With no return in sight for Nlundulu and Johnston plus Mendes Gomes on international duty, possibly iredale and Jones going to have to be transfers in. Would expect interest in Santos Toal Thomason and Charles. Not going to be an easy month. I'm expecting a sale to fund incoming. Spin the wheel. Which one? The one I'm thinking begins with t, plays for northern Ireland and not been tied to a new contract yet.
