In all honesty it’s a shame, Old Trafford can be pretty flat too.
The average fan has probably been priced out of the game. Clubs should do more with seating arrangements, singing sections etc.

Famous Anfield Atmosphere under the light's....needs to be added to the Football Myths thread of the other day
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You think that isn’t on there.
Is it just me who finds fans that sing the same few chants non-stop for 90 mins regardless of how the game is going incredibly irritating? Mainly European clubs fans.
Galatasary are credited with having a great at atmosphere but booing the opposition each time they are in possession is annoying and cringe.

Our home atmosphere is just as bad if not worse to be fair. A combination of having the hope drained out of you for over a decade by incompetent owners and also way too many day trippers.
What's surprising with Liverpool is they are playing under their best manager for coming up to 40 years.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
How many day trippers do United get at home games. It can’t be that many?

I think most grounds in the country are suffering an atmosphere issue to be honest.
Tickets are either too expensive or hard to come by for the younger fans.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
not the Spurs ground thank you very much
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's great at the Nightclub FC Arena
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Specially the go karting
Our fans are the most vocifirous around!!!
Come to Tottenham ground for an electric atmosphere and a fantastc front foot football!!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And a chance to see an dusty, empty trophy cabinet 🙂
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Like the moon, our trophy cabinet of late is a dusty vacuum.
Also like the moon Anfield has no atmosphere

Even if the football was decent I still don't have time!
But I know what you mean. Football is about entertainment for me. Winning trophies is of course nice, but before that I want to be entertained and actually enjoy the game. Not much of that going on at the moment.

That’s why we sell a lot. Can’t justify spending all of my free time watching rubbish football.

In all honesty it’s a shame, Old Trafford can be pretty flat too.
The average fan has probably been priced out of the game. Clubs should do more with seating arrangements, singing sections etc.

Yep, I don't think OT is much better most games. Some games I attend are better than others. But at least we don't BS about it. And our away fans are some of the best in the country.

Going to West Ham Saturday. I love an away day.

Even if the football was decent I still don't have time!
But I know what you mean. Football is about entertainment for me. Winning trophies is of course nice, but before that I want to be entertained and actually enjoy the game. Not much of that going on at the moment.

I think most grounds in the country are suffering an atmosphere issue to be honest.
Tickets are either too expensive or hard to come by for the younger fans.

not the Spurs ground thank you very much
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's great at the Nightclub FC Arena
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Specially the go karting
Our fans are the most vocifirous around!!!
Come to Tottenham ground for an electric atmosphere and a fantastc front foot football!!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And a chance to see an dusty, empty trophy cabinet 🙂
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Like the moon, our trophy cabinet of late is a dusty vacuum.
Also like the moon Anfield has no atmosphere
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Anfield over the North London Toilet Bowl for atmosphere any day and twice on Sundays.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
do you even go to the stadium?
Yeah - didn't think so
