Man City, Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea, Spurs, Liverpool and the other greedy clubs from Europe will be wanting their super league and nobody will have the foresight to stiop them.

If you read it properly and read the judgement.
It make totally logical sense.
Not sure how Uefa, thought they could win it. Its not right that clubs had to get prior permission, to set up rival leagues.
Same way with Bosman ruling, how the hell it went on for so long, that clubs had rights over the player, when out of contract is beyond me.
I dont think it changes anything. The fans stopped It not Uefa, and fan opinion hasnt changed
Without English clubs it has no value and we all saw what happened. The clubs have been taking fans for granted for years but that crossed a line it wasn't tolerated then and if they try it again it won't be tolerated now.
I would tolerate it if they tried again. The new CL layout is no better than the latest ESL proposal. And it cuts corrupt organisations like UEFA and FIFA out of the equation.
I’d almost go as far as saying that the initial ESL proposal was only put together because the clubs knew what UEFA were going to do to the CL
Clubs tried it before, they don’t care about the fans, now they have a green light to try again and they still don’t care about the fans.
Needs a shake the CL is boring as fack. Too many clubs from one country, stupid rules to keep them apart, needs binned for something new

Indeed, the crux being that the US money men can see that the earnings multiples are a fraction of what they achieve for NBL & NFL with the exclusion of big teams from smaller countries being a key inhibitor. They cannot understand why you would do that if $ are your goal but that's when football politics come into play.

Its virtually a closed shop.
Anyone who isnt in at the start, have virtually no chance of getting into the top league.
Players will absolutely be flogged to death, far too many games for far too many teams.
Domestic leagues will get destroyed in Spain, emgland, Italy. The financial gap will be absolutely huge, and virtually guaranteed.

Hopefully, domestic leagues getting destroyed by the next judgment anyway.
The top four teams in the two Star and Gold league groups will compete in the knockout rounds, consisting of two-legged quarter-finals and semi-finals. The top two teams in the four Blue league groups will do the same. The winners of each final will be crowned Star, Gold or Blue league champions.
Something else Spurs can't win I guess

Said it in another thread about the Hesperange (Luxembourg) case and it ties with your comment up top, restricting teams to only trading (playing) within their own country's league ought to be adjudicated as illegal in a borderless, free trade EU.
Let's fuel the 'ESL' with the power of markets of Athens, Copenhagen, Brussels, Glasgow, Belgrade, Budapest, Bucharest, Warsaw et al. Think bigger. Think beyond national leagues. Proper ESL season and cups are extra. If you were starting from scratch you'd start with the franchise model - what population centres can sustain from a market perspective. You leave money on the table otherwise, That's what gave rise to the US money men prodding the ESL in the first instance - they know UEFA and the structure as is is not maximising the product.
To carry on with just the same old handful of teams likely to be ECL champions is great if you are one of them but long term harmful. These clubs will not be convinced and their owners will try to fight it. That's why enlarge it further. You got a population base, infrastructure, ambition - you're in.
