Wouldnt mind seeing a Wales vs Australia final. However NZ are unreal.
Now that England are out I've no interest in the competition.
tohbi. im 1 million percent sure that nobody is interested in your interests
From an Aussie perspective I can't believe we are still in the hunt after watching Sth.Africa capitulate in the manner they did yesterday.....I know it's a union trend to kick for goal with every penalty on offer but they had us on toast every time they decided to go for goal instead of keeping the pressure on.....as a spectator I was more then pleased they took the 3 on offer and released the pressure valve for 10min or so until the next move up-field...they would of awoke this morning still scratching their heads and wondering how on earth they didn't win......but hey!! we play on and they pack up their bags.....
My interest has waned somewhat now England are out, however, I can't bring myself to get behind another team.
I think it's the fact that all of the other fans of those teams still in the tournament would back anyone against England, and I can't find it in me to celebrate a victory with people who would quite readily celebrate an England loss versus any other side.

That's a bit harsh. I backed England in 2007. I generally back any home nation provided they're not playing against Wales.
If there is value in the bet I will back England....
I'm gutted we're out (England), but I would like to see Wales do well.
Whenever England exit a tournament I'll always support the remaining British/Irish contingent.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to be able to throw my lot in with another of the home nations, (or even NZ, I lived there for 10 years), but I see so much bitter vitriol from the Celtic nations re England, with many people carrying massive chips over things that happened 100's of years ago. I know that does not apply to everyone, and there are decent level headed people out there, but they are sadly in the minority.
I have to add, as an Englishman, it's not physically possible for me to cheer for either Australia or France, I think it's a genetic thing.....no offence southsydney, but the only satisfactory outcome of that match, should they both make the final, for me, would be a meteor strike on the stadium....

this is why the rest of the UK think the English are a shower of cants
Not exactly Henry, the Scots dont help themselves on the whole do they?
Because the main reason why the English have turned like that is because of so many bitter Scottish people acting out of order due to smaller nation jealousy.
Admittedly its not the majority, but the majority of English and Scottish people appear to be unreasonable.
I don't understand the animosity on here.
I've worked with Welsh, Scots and Irish before and I always enjoy banter during sporting events but never anything nasty. You get the odd idiot, like everywhere in life (who's normally had a skinful), but apart from that most just have a craic with one another.
Its easy to write nasty stuff on a forum but in person I'd hope that people aren't so pathetic.
I agree with the above comments from the general 100%.
Down under in any bar pub/club a group of blokes from the U.K a couple from each neck of the woods and they all get on fine having a banter when ever their respective countries are playing each other or ganging up on us Aussies when one or the other is playing against us.......take this week-end for example they (the U.K contingent) are all supporting the All-Blacks, mainly just to shut us up and to keep the banter happening.
Anyone outside of this box that wants to take it any more serious then that have got themselves a problem from with-in.......and need to go and have a good look at himself...IMO life is to short for that other rubbish...... good luck.
