Hate to say it but just don’t see us keeping him long term

He really is a top class player …..cost about 14 million and is probably worth 50 million already ….levy will be rubbing his grubby hands together

Same with VDV and vicario too ….levy will smell profit

Still getting better too ….effortless player , never stops running but with quality

Hats off to paratici as he has found us some gems for bargain prices going on the fees these days

Also he'll count as homegrown from next season, apparently.

They just need to keep going with Paratici’s recommendations - I’m sure Dragusin is one given that he is currently in Serie A.

It’s undeniable that Fab has an eye for a young player

Agreed, and Udogie.

We’re not far off a proper CL side, 1 or 2 signings and we will look like this current Arsenal team do - like a team that will consistently qualify for CL.

I don’t know if we can ever be proper title contenders whilst City are around

In the ideal world:

2 back up CBs (Phillips may be one, we just dont know!) (Dier OUT)

1 back up LB (Perisic, Sess, Reguilon OUT)

1 replacement CM/DM (PEH OUT)

1 new FWD.

So i'd say, 4 may be 5 decent signings and we are in a very strong position. and that's very achievable over this and the summer window.

I agree about City though. pretty much untouchable. They just have that air of invincibility. Bit like Utd in their pomp.

Liverpool will be an interesting watch because Salah will cash in and go to Saudi in the summer.
