This is odd.
Spurs despite injuries were the better team and got a good result.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Spurs should be a bit disappointed.
UTD were there for the taking and spurs just couldn't hit that key pass.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
we were without maddison or kulusevski so no surprise we struggled for creativity. when you start Højbjerg Skipp and Bentancur in midfield together you have to accept that creativity is gonna be an issue. really the best performance we could have hoped for, at least had much more control than we've had in previous weeks
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But I think you were making good runs that UTD weren't picking up on. The passes were just a little off.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
exactly, because we didn't have our best passers
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Fair enough. It's just that sometimes it was so wide open even your less creative passers should have made them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Meet Skipp and Hojbjerg. Championship level players. Leeds would welcome them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But they still bossed utd

Your article history is an embarrassment too
Grow up
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Just stating facts. If you don't like them, then you don't need to comment. This is how the forum works 👍
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Here’s a fact. No Liverpool fan in living memory is happy that Spurs have not won a game against Utd. Just you and GB. Two plebs that have no idea of being a Liverpool fan other than from being on this forum and watching on your tvs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I know plenty of fans who enjoy watching your implosion. Your fans celebrated the "finished above Liverpool" trophy like it was the Champions League. Here's some advice: Don't like it? Don't give it in the first place 👍
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And there it is
Because we were happy to finish above Liverpool it upset you resulting in lots of crying articles such as this one. FML.
For the record I’ve never typed up an article wummimg Liverpool. I’ve made comments about glory hunters for sure but never gloated.
You need to grow up.

Isn't this kind of the point though? Utd aren't without injuries either and are a worse team. Like against Liverpool, utd effectively let Spurs dominate possesion and got a point out of it.
I guess whether it's a good result for Spurs depends on their ambitions, but you'd bet good money on City taking 6 points off man utd.

Yes but we aren’t Man City are we. We had our three best attacking players (Kulu, Maddison, Son) missing and our best central midfielders. We’ve taken 4 points off Utd this season and any team competing for the CL places would be happy with that against the teams rivaling them for those positions. I’m 100% convinced our strongest 11 would’ve destroyed Utd yesterday, they are a badly coached team lacking in quality other than the odd ‘moment’, but given the starting 11 and the fact we had two keepers and a load of U21’s on the bench a point is acceptable.

Comparing us to City Are you stupid or what?
You talk about ambitions but also state "United let us dominate possession".
The team that showed ambition yesterday was the one that dominated the ball, the shots, the shots on target.
Spurs showed ambition to win at Old Trafford, just like we did at Emirates, and we came away with a draw. We can be very satisfied that we went for it, even if we didnt quite achieve it.
