All this moaning, albeit from managers, is why we have VAR in the first place. Liverpool don't get robbed, they had at least one fortunate penalty against Newcastle.
Suck up the decisions and crack on with it.

There’s no bias they are all just fvcking shiiiiit at their jobs.

The bias is us having the 4th 12:30 kick off after an international break in a row. That’s a complete joke.

Yeah, really inconvenient for all the JA606 Liverpool plastics to have to start looking for dodgy streams of the game a bit earlier in the day.

Stick to armchair supporting and rubbing Regaine on your bonce son.

I watch a load of EPL games and if I'm being honest I don't think any particular team gets it better or worse than any other? of course a fan of a team will focus on the poor calls against their team, no issue wit that and if there were stats released I'm sure some teams might appear to be "worse" off than others but as far as I see it's simply wrong calls by refs and VAR officials?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Nah it's definitely not even. We've had a ridiculous amount this season, as have Wolves I believe.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Perhaps? my bad in the point I was trying to make, I think obviously some teams will have more, some less but all teams have had "questionable" calls against them more than once, its really about bribery or overt bias being incorrect, IMO only I just think VAR has encouraged/allowed refs to get lazy and the VAR officials to be both inconsistent and confusing

It’s never going to be even, I definitely think Coote and Tierney have an axe to grind against us for some reason but I think the big fvck ups are also surrounded by inconsistent and frustrating refereeing such as only booking our players for dissent and letting others get away with it. This happens in every single game.

The reason why this incident has come to the fore is because it was so blatantly obvious a penalty. The world and his dog could see Odegaard’s left hand moving towards and making contact with the ball in the penalty box, pushing the ball away.

Have there been others, mistakes made by refs? Tons of them. The obvious result is that, more and more mistakes being made, the legitimacy of VAR goes down the tubes.

Solution? let the ref make the decision. Let no one be confused as to who is reffing the game. How many times have we seen the ref being called to the sidelines, with the seemingly ‘inevitable’ decision to award or refuse a penalty, making it seem like a done thing before he goes through the motions.

There’s no corruption in the game as alleged. It’s simply refs, under pressure no doubt, being rushed into making decisions.

The refusal to award this penalty, followed by total denial that anything was wrong. - akin to propaganda in my view - followed in turn by admission of getting it wrong merely undermines their authority and support by the fans.

agree. draw would have been a fair result in the spurs game, both sending offs were correct and not sure they'd be much debate on them not for the farcical offside against Diaz

The Jones one, can see why that was given. Jota's sending off was scandalous though.

Don't think you can say that penalty would have changed the game given we scored about 5 minutes later anyway, but the audio shows David Coote should be nowhere near the VAR room.

Asked to see 4 replays at full speed which to him said the hand was on the floor, when it clearly wasn't if he'd bothered to watch the slow mo, and then to top it off he even said "from my brief look it's no penalty" when his entire job is to look at things in detail.

I think what we should be focused on is how terrible the officiating is for ALL games in supposedly the best league in the world!

If there was a time where instead of (literal) point-scoring against each other, we could agree that for a multi-billion sporting business to be at the whim of such incompetence, we might get to a point where there may be some collective protest.

Instead, the PGMOL throw these bombs by admitting their idiocy and then laugh whilst we all kill each other over them!

They're lucky we win most games regardless of their stupid decisions which means their fack ups are quickly forgotten. If we had lost games it would be a much bigger issue.

I just wish GB could learn to spell Ødegaard correctly, then he can be taken more seriously
