If you want Saliba its gonna cost you. I'd want Hojlund and Lewis/Scalvini for him but even then I think I'd rather have Saliba.

I just used Romeo Lavia, another one of my OG players to bring in Sesko so wouldn't use him. Could probably add Elye Wahi to the deal for his TM price (40m) he got 19 goals and 5 assists in 33 league games last season. In no rush to sell Saliba he's best HG CB in the league for me.
I finally get a world class CB but yeah go on deal.

Looks like Benfica have picked up Carreras on loan. Think they have a buy clause aswell. You'd expect them to activate it at which point he won't be allowed in my academy anymore. Make it 43m to help me reach the 1bn mark and he's all yours.
Also im on the lookout for a CB and you seem a bit light in strike so can offer Boniface for Scalvini if that interests you.
