Think Alfie Devine is doing pretty well too.
The "Who's a pretty boy" chants would be great.

Yep got an assist on his debut. Hopefully this spell goes well and he can a first team option next season.
I'm willing to bet that the Eredivisie is a worse standard than the Championship. I honestly don't know how much can be learnt from him having a bit of goalscoring success in that league. If he keeps it up then he should at least be given some chances by Spurs next season if he's deemed up for it, or you would hope get given a better club/league to have a loan spell with, like one in the PL. By then he'll be 23 and if he either hasn't shown promise for Spurs when given chances, or had a successful loan spell in a better league, then it probably never will happen and we may as well sell.

I like Troy being Irish i am biased i think he was stifled under Jose which hurt his development. Also a bit of a playboy lifestyle at a young age.
The same potentially with Dorrington/Donley/santiago and lankshear being stifled under big Ange but we will see come the end of the season.
Haha rory allen yeah he had ankle injuries but he resigned to play cricket didnt he or follow cricket i cannot remember.

Not too sure that Ange is stifling anyone, he will have assessed with his team these players both in training and U21 matches as to their CURRENT suitability for the PL. It is a massive step up and putting someone in too early could derail their careers before they get going.
Look at Kane, it took a number of loan clubs before he was brought into the first team picture proving the loan route can be a great development path.

Yeah I don't get this either. LLM - do you mean he should be playing them more or sending them out on loan?
I'd hope with all the clever people we've hired recently there's youth development plans in place. It looks like Parrott and Devine are well into theirs. A bit of youth football, then a loan, then a better loan, then the manager gets a look at them. I don't see anyone really outstanding that deserves first team minutes that isn't getting them.
We just need him to show a bit of talent and then we may get £5m for him from someone.
We need to be better and monetarising our academy players rather than hanging onto them too long in the hope they're the next Kane/King/Tom Carroll

Funnily enough he now plays for Exeter City, my other team, and i saw him/them play earlier in the season. Found his level, League 1 ! 31 now him still might make the big break through.
