Yeah me too, they're a good team.
Ipswich haven't got a shot on target yet so that game could be done.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They just got 1 back!
I'm well aware of our final fixture of the season.
We won't catch Leicester but we might get close enough to Southampton to nick it.
Hull City getting there act together now too.
They could be a play offs factor. Couple of
good signings this window.
We miss a pen against stoke and they score other end
Leicester win by 5 with clinical finishing.
clinical finishing
^^^
That will be the difference between second and third.
I know we've beaten Leicester but the best sides are the most consistent, and that's Leicester by a mile.
Giving a month head start, didnt help us.
I think were a better side than Leciester city, and over 10 games, I think we’d beat them, more than they beat us
A few do need calm down about Southampton. They played Rotherham. Let’s see what happens when they play a proper side. All top 6 away from home they have to play
Also factor in we have only 1 of the current top 10 to play away -Coventry in 7th. So let’s keep the faith. The smart money might be on us for 2nd.
I know games aren’t won on paper but things on the up

True.
But we played Bristol City and some think
we're going to walk the division.
Think it's almost locked in 2nd place is between
us and Southampton. As long as our injuries are
manageable, we will be tough to beat.
Good old Preston you see they were a hard nut to crack at our place and I think that last minute penalty winner against them could prove to be the turning point in us going up automatically...Ipswich I think awaits whoever misses out in 3rd in the play off final although Hull are definitely a dark horse too with WBA looking a sound bet to be 5th.
Imagine if we're within 3 points of Southampton going into the final game, an actual playoff final at ER
It is absolutely typical that we average the required 2 pts per game which is usually enough but not when Leeds are part of the equation.
There one thing, if we dont go up, next season wont be anywhere near this season.
Sheffield Utd, are absolutely useless, and already spent up 🤣🤣🤣
Not concerned about Ipswich, thought for some time that their bubble would burst and if it's us against them in a play off final would back us.
I know this sounds concerned but I was worried that Ipswich would fluke it to the last and we would end up having to duke it out with Southampton, who do worry me, Rothwell and Brooks are two fine additions to a strong squad, I don't think the other lad will add much.
Hull are the other team who have had a good window and we need to be wary.

Says everything when they go and recruit Chris Wilder after sacking Heckingbottom. Embarrassing to be in a lower division than them.
Shout out to Luton though. 8 goals in 2 games v Brighton and Newcastle.
Agree but also if we don’t go up we will lose a few of our core players so dont think we’ll be as strong either tbh.
I personally think, like Batty, Southampton have peaked too early and the next 8 fixtures for both of us or should I say 9 for them and 8 for us with their game in hand will give a clearer picture which I'm hoping we will still be around the 2 points a game on 76 points from 38 with
Southampton I reckon below us on goal difference.
Then it will really heat up and all I know is Southampton's last 8 fixtures compared to ours seem much harder and why I actually think we'll be automatically promoted away at QPR before we face them on the final game of the season.
