Just woke up and seen the score. Was this another case of some players getting themselves in and getting themselves out or the wicket being a bit iffy.

You dont really need to attack just set a 1 saving field and let the pressure mount. one balls got your name on it for sure

decent day in the end due to his runs and the Foakes partnership but need a bout 100 more when you consider we wont get Jadeja out

India will probably wrap things up quickly with the new ball tomorrow I expect and then we will see how the game is placed once India have a bat. Absolutely have to make early breakthroughs, hopefully Jimmy the attention seeking average bowler Anderson can do some damage with a fresh to the series Ollie Robinson.

Retired now but played for 45 years

India fighting back a bit on 204-7.

Quite incredible that these 2 have bowled unchanged for 33 overs now. Shows that India really haven't been able to get on top of the two rookies.

Worth giving one of the seamers a go for a few overs unless light is an issue now though with a little partnership forming.
