That’s dreadful and never right to target a players home or family under any circumstances. But why has this been brought up again - not the best timing given we are all on the up and living our football again…..
it was on the bbc's my mates a footballer.
On more positive Bamford news, I note both him and Dan James have been nominated for January's player of the month, I voted for Paddy to offset Batty's vote of course.

Farke is also up for manager of the month, that one is decided by a panel including Don Goodman. Leeds have gone unbeaten this year and are the form team in the division, Goodman is voting for Wayne Rooney.
It was nice to watch on the BBC the other night and not have Goodman and Hinchcliffe berating us!
On a serious note what kind of mentally challenged person would stoop so low to turn up at a footballers house to abuse him. Some sick people around.

This is the podcast where Bamford talked about this issue. He didn’t specifically ‘raise it’ to draw any kind of attention to the matter, it’s a much more rounded interview talking about the team professional footballers have around them, like a chef and a psychologist and is actually quite enlightening.
Other episodes have shone a light on other aspects of a footballers life. I don’t actually like the comedian who is interviewing, trying and failing to be funny, but Bamford comments appeared to be measured, honest and without an agenda.
I’d recommend a listen. Make your own mind up.

Same, dont like the comedian, but Bamford's brilliant, great to get some insight from player's perspective, he surely has career in media if he wants it moving forwards.
I can’t wait for Bamford to move forward and become another football media luvvy…perhaps the club then move forward and sign a proper striker/ CF…some hopes, they’ll probably give him another 5 year contract?!

I know how you feel, NJS, but he is doing his best right now, and he hasn't taken any penalties recently so, so let's get behind him.
