Exclude Maeda and Ralston in any team , ....really need Hatate back ...both former players are a complete joke that would struggle to get in any mid spl team

I thought O’Riley was quite poor today. He has looked half the player since there was talk of bids being knocked back for him in January.

And what do folk make of Kuhn so far? He looks utterly devoid of confidence to me. A waste of a jersey when he came on.

Said on here the other day it would be an interesting debate as to which of our FBs is the biggest dugmeat … and also that, CCV aside, we could have a similar discussion as to the relative pashness of our other CB options. Well, after our latest horror show, I think we can safely add all our wide men into the same kind of debate … Palma, Maeda, Kuhn, Abada, Yang and Forrest all varying degrees of honking … and Kwon and Tillio already jettisoned out on loan, never to return. We really are in some nick after the last 2 windows, combined with BR sucking the life out of the place.

Jota sold and CCV and Hatate crocked long term are undoubtedly big misses, but the overall lack of quality and direction and just the general malaise is already starting to look pretty terminal for the remainder of the season. I see nothing in BR’s demeanour to suggest he’s turning this around. Even when results (if not performances) were going well in the early months, I said at the time he’s looked weirdly detached from events right from the get go. Whole thing just hasn’t looked right. Hope I’m wrong, but I just don’t see it.

Said last month it’s time we ditched the “Asian” market. Other than Ange’s excellent first foray, where he clearly had inside knowledge (Kyogo, Hatate, Maeda) it’s been utter guff. Having said that though, our recruitment from anywhere has been utter guff since then … manager included.
