He was pretty average, but he’d have been useful this season with Mainoo and Casemiros absences.
I guess Ameabat was a cheaper option, and by all accounts we were tight on FFP.
Forgot he was playing this game. Reminds me of his time at United.

At least with someone like McT, he gets a few goals, and you know he can do a job against lesser teams, and he'll always give his all for the club. I really want to see Mount get fit and see what he can do in a more confident team - has he just not get it anymore, or can he get back to form of a few seasons ago

An ex-player can be shiiiiiite 90% of the time, but the one time they do something good people feel the need to flag it.
He didn’t even do anything good, he poked a ball ten yards to Malen and he did the rest and got a deflected goal.

He wasn't crap though, he was average. But he was neat, tidy and athletic. The assist tonight could have been a fluke, I haven't seen it. It reminded me of him that's all.
I thought he was OK for us.

And I'm really saddened by the fact Amrabat underwhelmed on the pitch, often failing to make the starting 11.
One standout performance, I think a home cup game versus Palace. He played a roaming LB, with license to tuck into CM. He was immense, was everywhere. Hasn't performed to that level consistently.
