Looks a bit like the EPL being a thriller at the top of division 1 with Mrs A chasing down Harbury, and the Championship with Appleton well clear in division 2. Wouldn't it be an interesting result if the GG was able to win outright and Mr A secure promotion!
BTW OWF, can you remind me how many are promoted/relegated at the end of the season?

True Nuneaton, Appleton leads Div 2 by 250 points. It would take a Rodgers type meltdown for him not to finish top of that league. He’s also got 240 points more than the Div 1 leader.
It’s two up, two down.
Please note editing of two scores in the league tables affecting both Harbury Fox and Lone Groover - increased from 1957 to 1994 and 1891 to 1911 respectively. Not sure quite how the errors occurred!

Thanks OWF.
Unfortunately for Mr A he didn't have a good start to the season so the 173 differential to Harbury is irrelevant - it may give him some crumb of comfort when dealing with Mrs A that he's now scored 234 more than the GG but he's still going to finish well below her; no doubt a source of much amusement in the A household (well, at least half of it).
