Have seen this link umpteen times now in the last week or so. I mean on what planet is that ever happening? Liverpool apparently rate him at £25m. His stock will be even higher after his cup final heroics. Not saying he’s worth anything like that, but he’s still WAY above our budget levels … doubly so with Ebenezer Lawwell holding the purse strings. Never happening.

Dunno if his love for the club is as much as Robbie Keanes was for the several 'only clubs he ever wanted to play for' like, but he was definitely gifted that shirt and he was aware of the club in his younger days
