One thing is for sure. Our players will be buzzing for it. Farke will have tough decisions to make about who plays. My bet is that there will be at least five first teamers on the bench. If it is looking close at around the 60 minute mark, he will bring them on. Anyone want to name a possible team selection?

They seemed to finish the strongest in regulation but had nothing left in extra time.
Also thought that the commentators went on a lot about how Kelleher had had a good game but I thought there wasn't much there that most keepers wouldn't save.

After watching your mega million team embarrass themselves today I would say you would be quite the expert on $hit teams.
After that embarrassment of a performance today from your mega million squad you should think twice about calling anyone $hit.
Again, results elsewhere seem to have turned in our favour. Fully agree, Shaun, all we need to do is tear them a new one early on and they may well disintegrate.
I'd definitely start Summerville, Rutter, and Gnonto, but I'd go for Bamford up front as he's experienced and a handful for anyone on his day, and he makes space for the others to exploit...
At the back, I'd go with Roberts, Rodon, Ampadu and Gray in front of the massive-headed Frenchman, with Gruev and Kamara in midfield. I know Gray at LB is a risk but less so than Firpo, who still makes me nervous! If Byram's available, I'd play Gray at RB - he's just too good to leave out at present.
Whatever the line-up, the players will be really up for this one. We were a bit schooled by Leicester, I thought, and perhaps the difficulty of that momentous victory on Sunday will have whetted appetites for an upset. We have all the advantages, psychologically. An early goal might be enough.
I really liked the way he set up for Plymouth away, where he played Rodon for 70 minutes, brought on Gray, and had Cooper playing instead of Ampadu.
We have to be clear about this game, though, our priority is the Championship. We cannot go full tilt. That's why I expect to see Cresswell, Coops, Anthony and Joseph starting.
Have to say, that while I’m expecting nothing from this ame, can you imagine if we play the ‘second string’ and then beat them !!??!!!!!! 🤣
I really don’t want this cup game to derail our progress in the league.
It’s happened in the past - one defeat dents our winning mentality and leads to another and another.
I know our players relish a game against bigger clubs, but play some of the kids for an hour and bring on some first teamers for the last 30. We can play the bigger clubs next season if we focus on getting out of this league.
think we should play a strong side and go for the win.
put the league to one side for one game.
winning a good habit and the players seem to be very 'together'
of course it could bite us back, but we have to go into trying to win it

Never know what to think when the league is so important, but I think we’ll give them a good go. No one would be surprised if we beat them, I mean they are a bottom half team now and honestly think they might have to get used to it because they have royally facked up with these crazy contracts and high transfer fees. I think points deductions and all sorts will be thrown at them before long.
