3 of those lost to Liverpool.
6 finals is bad. Spurs level stuff except spurs rarely make it to that stage
Why were you hoping Chelsea would win as an Arsenal fan? Oh wait aren’t you he phanny who didn’t even know his team were playing a CL game last week? Fecking casual plastic fans
Because Arsenal are competing with Liverpool for a PL title (something Spurs wouldn’t know anything about ðŸ¤) and a cup final defeat could have had a knock on effect on their league form.
At least the journey home for most of them is enduringly short. Not so good for their dogs right enough.

You still lag behind us on Euro trophies and we’ve been to a CL final more recently than you lot
You lot are behind West Ham in terms of European success, yet we’re all supposed to take Arsenal seriously in the CL, like how is that even possible given their record

An annoying recent phenomenon, otherwise we’re 8 times winners and the all time FA cup top goal scorers.
I think we’ve lost the League cup final 5 times, winning it 4

Don't think a defeat would've mattered. Their squad being stretched by extra time is more of an assistance.

It doesn’t matter because Arsenal aren’t really in any race, they will finish third as they have proven time and again when it gets tricky they will go missing and drop points away from home. Remaining away games:
Sheff U
Brighton
Wolves
City
Spurs
United
9 points max but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was only 6 or 7
And spurs have lost their last 4 finals since 2008, imagine a spurs vs Chelsea final now, probably both would lose

To a Fergie managed Man United, Jose managed Chelsea, Klopp managed Liverpool and a Pep managed City.
We never seem to get any luck anymore with these cups - Swansea make 1 final and get to play Bradford, Portsmouth played Cardiff, City have had Stoke, Wigan and Watford in cup finals and a poor Villa side, United have had Wigan and Millwall, Arsenal have had a schitt version of Villa, Birmingham and Hull.
We were never favourites in those finals, nor when we beat Chelsea in 2008. We never get that sort of luck anymore.
United have played Palace, Newcastle and Southampton in cup finals recently also - 1 major trophy between the 3 of them in the last 50 years.
We beat an all conquering Chelsea side in 2008, lost to Blackburn who are 1 of only 6 sides to ever win the Prem, beat Leicester in 99, who had won the comp in 97 and 2000 and were considered specialists in it at the time. 1990 we beat a Brian Clough Forest side.
And people reckon luck evens itself out
You'd have had that luck if you knocked out the big teams on the way. We beat Spurs and Liverpool on the way to our final against Hull.

We beat Man United in 1999 to win the League cup - that’s the treble winning United side we beat, arguably the hardest side to beat ever in English football.
We beat Wengers Arsenal in the semi in 08, we beat Chelsea in the semis in 09, we beat Dortmund and Man City in 2019.
Beating the big teams in the earlier rounds is something we have done quite well, but we just never get a soft final like others

Our domestic cup record places is as the 5th best side in the country - so if you are saying that it is rare for none of Liverpool, United, Arsenal or Chelsea to be in a final then you are quite wrong as usual and should stick to trying to figure out what a mortgage is
It just takes one quick look at wiki to see that the league cup final hasn’t featured one of the big five once in 20 years. FA Cup? Once in 32
Strikemug just can’t help himself.

Hasn’t featured one of the big 5 - so are you classing Swansea or Bradford as one of the big 5 you thick khunt?
Why do you do it to yourself thicko
Yes, meaning that only once in twenty years has the league cup final not had one of them in it. It’s really not hard. That’s why I said it’s rare, because it’s only happened once in two decades.
‘reading and comprehension are not you strong points’
You’re forever calling people thick when in reality everyone knows you’re one of the biggest blurts on 606.
I don’t know who you managed to surround yourself with that led you to think you’re some bright spark.
At best you’re incredibly average and continually write bollox online. That’s why everyone laughs at you on here. Sorry, but it’s true.
Tbh I should probably go a bit easier on you. The silly things you write and the way you fixate… there’s no doubt something going on ‘up there’ that leads you to act like this.
