How dare a team celebrate a cup win
If you pop back to 1993 you can compare it to the celebrations that Arsenal had.

It’s definitely shed that tag, just look at the winners over the past 20 years. City hoovering up all the other trophies made this one more important
I liked klopp's comment about how he had no problem with our celebrations. Therefore I have no problem with theirs.
Surprised he had the energy to celebrate, spent 120 mins mithering the 4th official

City have won 6 of the last 11....
Given this is Klopps last year the win had even more significance, plus all the adversity they faced to get over the line. Fair play, celebrate hard, it's a trophy (from what I remember )
Why is this on the Arsenal board anyway?
Someone come and get your alt, they are making a priick of yourself!!

Yeah what I mean is that the League and FA cup have been out of reach for so many sides because of City that the League cup has increased in importance for the likes of Lpool, United and Chelsea. Pep has always been interested in the comp as well.
Bottom line, it’s really not some second rung comp anymore, big teams try to win it every year
But City have won 6 of the last 11 League Cups, so surely that is more "out of reach" for other clubs than the FA Cup - which City have won twice in that time??

What I mean is previously the likes of United and Liverpool would write off the league cup to focus on other comps - We her famously did as well, playing the kids etc. we don’t get that anymore, there are 3 English trophies on offer and City tend to win at least a couple of them so no one can afford to write off the league cup anymore or the FA cup (though few ever wrote off the latter)
