A guilty finding would have undergone numerous reviews by default. A finding of no guilt shrouded in secrecy and material nondisclosure and without any further review is not the same thing.

It's the women in the industry I'm afraid for.

I bet they can't even turn their phones on, until they hear more specifics about Horner's HR investigation.

If it's all above board then they should have known that their failure to provide vital information and facts would create an environment where rumours would be rife. So it's their fault.
