Well I enjoyed it.

We are starting to look dangerous here, certainly not getting outplayed now

Surprised there was no VAR review there. Clearly a dangerous tackle given it's injured McCausland. Even if the ref decided it wasn't a straight red it was well worth a review and a yellow at least.

Silva missed a sitter. Not been massively impressed by him so far given the ability he'd supposed to have.

Yes it was worthy of review because it was a potential red card... Upon review the referee might have decided it was a red, or he might just have decided it was a yellow. He may even have decided it didn't merit a card at all after review, but that would have been an absurd decision given the challenge was forceful, out of control, and endangered an opponent.
