Back to back poor performances, this one a bit more worrying…Stoke were the better side in the 2nd half.

I'm hoping Shef Wed's improvement has been partly down to us loaning them Poveda who won't be eligible to play against us on Friday but the way we struggled against Stoke tonight doesn't exactly install confidence in us being able to beat them on their own patch.

A lot of players looked tired tonight. A wins a win though

A few positive points which I feel are necessary even though we've taken 31 points out of 33 🤣

However poor we've been in the last 2 games, we picked up 4 points from them.

Bristol City aren't a good side. I thought Ipswich would beat them comfortably. Fair play to the Tractor Boys, they certainly have resilience but I feel in the final analysis they'll have let in too many goals to go straight up.

Thankfully we didn't beat Chelsea!! I've always been of the opinion that until we're comfortably established as a top half Premiership side, the league is all that matters. I thought we first showed signs of fatigue at Plymouth in the league game & it's there for all to see now. My main worry is Rutter - he's been central to just about everything in an attacking sense this season but at the moment he looks shattered.

Hopefully we can pick up the win on Friday & then come back rejuvenated after the luxury of more than a week without a game.

Let's remember Farke has been there & done it in this league. We may not agree with all his decisions, but his calm demeanour, even midst the chaos of the start of the season has been & still is very reassuring.

Farke won't be looking at Ipswich. He'll be looking at Leicester.

Kamara's ball control and passing is pretty awful. glad to see him subbed b4 he gave away a goal scoring chance.
It's clear the side looks tired and no wonder. If Stoke and Udders had played other teams like they did agin us, they might be mid table. Same will go for Wednesday on Friday, they will play like champions while we're on the ropes (slightly). it's never gonna be tougher but we have the players to win if can score first.
We'll see what it brings but expect an Owls onslaught erarly on. Hope Joseph starts ahead of Bamford.

What's happening with people around here?..

It wasn't that long ago people were on about Leicester playing bad but churning out results, why cant we do the same?..

An old saying that goes back to the days when some here weren't even born, a winning team wins even when its playing bad, and that is all I'm bothered about, winning!..

We're unbeaten sinse the start of the new year and if we keep that going we're in with a great chance!..

Does anyone else think we should be dropping Rutter from the starting line-up? Against Stoke (and other recent matches), he seemed to hold on to it until he inevitably loses it and sets them up with yet another attack. The only other player I thought was poor was Crysencio.
