I think it’s pretty clear why ‘it’s utterly shameless’ is a ridiculous thing to say about something that hasn’t happened, or indeed hasn’t even been suggested by those in the planning.

But of course, this Fields. A complete buffoon who won’t ever admit he’s wrong - probably because most of the time he’s too thick to have any idea why.

He was replying to a post that said Andy Burnham and someone else from.GMC were on board. Ratcliff has been talking about obtaining public money in the press.

The fact its even been mentioned is laughable from from a multi billionaire par owner of one of the richest clubs in the world. Look how Shiite Everton are financially yet they're building a stadium without public money.
