Great thread as always Chile
We need the change the narrative from being victims to being winners, stop worrying about referees and start sticking the ball in the back of the net
With Luton Palace playing this weekend and then we play both in the next two it feels a massive run where something definitive will happen (good or bad) for one of us.
We have the ability, just need to show the mentality

Yes the team needs to toughen up mentally, last season we beat the pool 1-0 at the C.G even after the ref' gave em' a nothing F.K that was better than a corner deep into extra time. It was never a F.K as the T.V replay showed. We need points and that will give us a bit of confidence back.
Wood gets to start, that looks like a formidable squad as long as they're up for it!
Another very underwhelming team selection from Nuno, the bench has far more quality than the starting XI.
Why have we paid a club record for a AFCON winner who can only make the bench, makes absolutely no sense.
Hopefully the starting XI will have enough about them to have a real go at an out of sorts Brighton team.
Last season we managed a very dour 0-0, and tbh this season that won’t be good enough, we really need to start winning games.
At the moment i feel we are sleep walking into relegation, we need to snap out of it, and put in some decent performances, which includes taking the chances when they come along.
Fingers crossed we can pinch this one, but i think we’ll have to use a lot of the bench to do it.
Forest to finally pinch a 3-2 win.
Origi has a chance and fais to put it away, not good enough I'm afraid.
Two minutes sum up the Forest season, concede from yet another set play, not sure who got the own goal, Omobamidele or Seles, both were culpable. Origi then goes clean through and picks out the keeper.
"Not accurate enough"
That sums up this half...
Very disappointing first half.
Not really sure how Nuno is going to fix this.
The midfield needs a complete overhaul at half time. NO creativity, both players Yates and Dominguez are more holding than creative, surely he must make changes, but doesn’t look like he is.
I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again, we are sleep walking into relegation, even without being docked points.
We need to wake up, and very soon.
Origi blazes over the bar. How many chances does he need ??
More clueless officiating, Williams is booked for claiming a corner that was a blatant corner. Apparently he was too aggressive in asking for a corner. Complete joke, yet again.
If that is not a RED card for Moder, i have absolutely no idea what is ?? Two feet off the ground, straight through Williams ankle, gets a yellow card. Amazing decision.

Staggering decision...
What is the point of VAR. every single week we are getting really poor decisions going against us by VAR.
I can not understand how that isn’t a straight Red card, absolutely baffling decision.
At least we’ve had a go second half, but yet again we haven’t worked their keeper at all, can’t think of him making a save. We are toothless in the final third of the field, but keep gifting goals at the other end.
Think the writing is on the wall, not only for this game but for the season overall.
Not gonna happen in this match
We made a good fist of it in the second half, but it was never going to happen.
Sorry guys, but if we are to have any chance of staying up, which is looking slimmer by the game, we need a change of manager, again. Nuno is clueless, to pick that starting line up against a team bang out of form, is bordering on suicide. Yes he changed it second half when we looked better, but with very little threat. Why didn’t he start with the strongest team, instead of having to chase the game again.
There is every likelihood we’ll be in the bottom three next weekend, if not before, Luton play away at Muff in midweek. If they win we are in the bottom three regardless, but we’ll more than likely lose at Kenilworth road anyway, purely because they have more fight, and are more potent in front of goal.
Scary to think what influence VAR might have next week.
El B, it was never going to happen, purely because we simply aren’t good enough, £200m+ spent, and its like watching a pub/Sunday league team.

Agreed, the first half was dreadful. The second half was totally different. I can't remember a single shot that Brighton had in the second half.
Should have started with the strongest team.
Not looking good now !
Nuno went off on one in the post-match interview about the red card incident, quite rightly IMHO.

I've wondered about this for some time; if we're already in the bottom 3 getting a points deduction will seem OK, to everybody else apart from us?
