That's a horrible challenge on Sheehan.

Does us no favours either. How can people get away with this sort of thuggery.

A draw is better than nothing but it really isn't good enough.

I used to use doing things the hard way. We've been like that for years. It's ridiculous these days.

Should've been out of sight in the first half. Really isn't enough.

We still have enough games to turn this round but I wonder if we are good enough.

To not come away with all the points is a crime. We may end up paying dearly for it.

It useless getting a late draw, we need to be winning our games.

I can hear Evatt now , "We fought to the end and if you can't win don't lose, however, I'm disappointed at not scoring our chances.

That's me done guys, this squad and Evatt will be the death of me.

I'll be back tomorrow.

I need to go, to start my recovery. Every bit may just help me get through hearing IE's wise words tomorrow.

Adios Don't have nightmares.

Good job I couldn't watch today. Better for my stress levels.

Charles isn't back anytime soon so down to Collins Böðvarsson and Jerome. To have 4 out in one position is unlucky.

We've got problem, IE has problems. It's not unique to us, even the Dog and Duck has problems.

They say a goalkeeper is only as good as the defence in front of him. It's been showing of late with some woeful defending leading to us conceding goals through suicidal defending.

Charles not coming back is no great surprise, first we have to fix his knee then we can try to fix his head.

How many of our players have come in with a medical history being hidden by YouTube and fancy computer graphics?

How long have I been saying. Training at Lostock is wrong? You all remember I've always advocated training in the stadium.
It's a conversation I've had many times with Sam over the years. He's a box full of ideas and thoughts outside of actually playing and bringing together a team of players. Why don't we employ him on an ad-hoc consultancy basis.
Don't expect that to happen until IE has left the building!

Relax, enjoy your Sunday.
Amen

Coleman has to accept a large share of the blame for the two goals. The first one he was never going to save that as he was way too far off his line and he didn't learn for the second one, as once again, he was too far off his line. It was a good strike so he possibly wouldn't have saved it anyway, but being off his line like in those two incidents, is schoolboy errors. He should be better than that.

The first one was all because the players were stood around nice and relaxed after IE's soothing chat. Yes Coleman should have done better for that first one, but the defence has to carry some of the blame for that one. It's their job to protect the goal and goalkeeper, where were they.
The second one, we lost the ball up field and failed to get a tackle in before they had passed it a couple of times and scored, nothing Coleman could do about that one.

Still think Jones at fault for the first as he half heartedly went in to win the header. Half asleep all of them. Anyway happy mother's day to those with us and those no longer with us. A day for that. Worry about Oxford and the injuries on Monday.

I'm not saying that the defence didn't play their part, of course they did. You are quite right about them protecting the goalkeeper, but had Coleman been on his line for the first goal I think he could have saved it.

As for the second as I said it was a good strike but he was still too far off his line to even attempt to save it. If he plays like that in every game, expect more silly goals being scored against us.

we have a good keeping coach and I expect him to have words with Coleman about his positioning.

Oxford are super confident they'll get something on Tues. A loss isn't on their sweeps for Tues around Oxford.

The failure excuses are rolling, no doubt there's plenty more to come. IE's excuses won't cut it, he's the guy where the buck stops.

It appears IE had an abundance of strikers and is now down to the worst of the bad bunch.
It's not by bad luck, it's down to the manager not bringing in right quality to do the job required.

Will IE need all the remaining games to save himself?
Or will we see IE's Phil Neal moment arrive before we bid each other farewell until next season.

How many goals and assists has Cameron Jerome to his credit? Is it one of each? JDB, I think, has eight goals, once again, I can't tell you how many assists he has. Perhaps someone who is on top of the stats will be able to enlighten me.

I'm not say that Jerome hasn't contributed to our position because he has come on when needed and steadied the ship when we have been wavering on the brink of disaster. However he was brought in as a striker and his tally in front of goal has hardly been prolific, despite his game time being limited, his tally is too light for a striker.

JDB, has also had limited time on the pitch and his rewards with goals has been better. Whether or not it's acceptable is debatable, but I would give him the benefit of doubt.

However, we place a lot of store on recruiting and money has been pumped into that department. It's difficult to say that they haven't done a good job on the whole.

We have to accept that injuries are having a really bad effect with key players out with serious injuries. If we manage to get into the Championship with what we have, I think we will be very lucky indeed, unless we have a major change in luck with injuries. We no longer have the benefit of being able to add players until the end of the season.

With or without injuries. We do seem to have good and bad moments with one or the other section of the team. The points we've dropped can't all be down to bad luck with something or other.
Unless lady luck shows up bearing a miracle for the run in. I can't see us making it this season.

Vic signed off for 4 to 6 weeks.
Is it Collins or bod up top, until we break one of them as well.
Has IE been flogging them in training to be super fit and blaming fixtures for their bodies giving way under the strain of it all.

It doesn't add up, if they were all injuries caused by bad tackles by either side you could understand it. That's not the case though is it.

Toal still playing while carrying a problem, has been brushed under the carpet.
