That is why it is better City win it than Liverpool. Plus no-one knows a City fan so when they win it quickly fades.

I really don't understand what the last 20 years have got to do with anything. We had a completely different team with a different manager and backroom staff.

Man City were sheet 20 years ago and look at them now. Man U were great 10 years ago and look at them now etc etc

Last season we had a team and manager who had never been in that position before and that lack of experience and a few big injuries plus being up against arguably one of the greatest teams in modern times meant that we came 2nd. Bottlejobs no absolutely not.

If being runners up to Man City means we have some personality defect as a Team then gods knows what they says about the rest of the league.
