😆 his first trophy at Spurs 🏆🥇
Was surprised then I saw that.
He seems to have learnt to control himself.
I think we may need to thank VDV and Porro for helping Romero keep out of trouble.
BTW, Romero got ONE yellow card in all 7 world cup matches for Argentina.
Again, it all depends on the quality of the other defenders he is playing with.
Good on Romero.
Is there any news on vdv?

Unlikely to feature this weekend but they don’t think it’s anything too serious.

Gary Lineker never got a yellow card in his whole career.

Feet up this weekend, a bit of R&R, some massages, few stretches, all through the International break, all ready and in tip top shape for Luton on 30 March
Will be nice for Radu to get a game vs Fulham, get some match fitness in and tbf he could also step in for the Luton game if we don't want to risk VDV for that.
Just make sure VDV is firing on all cylinders for West Hams cup final.

Or maybe the refs understand him better? He had taken a few swings in recent games and was let off with a telling.
Romero has had an odd season in discipline terms.
first was away at Arsenal, our 6th game.
2nd was Liverpool at home, 7th game
and then not booked again until Chelsea's (10th game)
Then booked on his return vs West Ham and his last was Newcastle in early December.
He has seemed to save his bookings for the bigger games and up until losing it vs Chelsea when he could have been sent of twice, he'd had 2 yellows in 9.
He definitely seems to be more controlled without losing his aggressive edge.
Love him 😍

He's been good since he came back.....a little ponderous on the ball at times maybe, but.
