Factor in 6th April and Norwich at home to Ipswich. Norwich in very good form and I think they can play a huge part in who goes up.
All we have to do is play the way we have been, it's upto others to catch us which at the start of 2024 they were the ones in control!..
Some here gave us a play off spot, but we are well in with a bigger shout and the in form team!..
Others are looking at us the way we were looking at them, so, do as we have but till the end, and there'll be nothing to worry about!..
Hope our Wales contingent don't have a hangover from last nights result against Poland.
That’s my biggest worry VOF.
4 of the Welsh lads have played Friday, Tuesday and then expected to play Friday and Monday = 4 games in 10 days. Tough ask given what’s at stake.
I reckon this is such a vital weekend which will guarantee one of the top 4 one step in the PL and one team being out of the picture for autos.
---------------
have to disagree there, nothing at all will be decided after this weekend.. it is of course an important weekend, but lets not think if dropping 3 points and you're finished.. what 8 games left ? - 24 points?.
not saying its not important tho, and do think its exciting and nerve wracking at the same time. So I get where you;re coming from - Leicester especially could well be thinking that way.. they could in theory be 3rd which could kills them.
again, long way to go yet A14... gotta hold your nerve yet pal
It's such a close-run thing between the top 3 that the results over the coming weekend will guarantee nothing. I fear this will go down to the wire, with our last home game against Southampton being a nailbiter.
Southampton have a tough run in and a crowded fixture list. I reckon we will be more than three points clear before we play them.
I prefer to see Ipswich drop points at this stage.
Let's hope we can continue our run of form.
We need to be crowned champions or guaranteed second place before the Southampton game as my missus is having a reunion with her school pals on that day and I'm going to find it really tricky to escape for two hours!
None of her friends are footy-orientated and will take it badly if I blow them off for the match!
COYL!
Imo, Watford away is probably the 2nd hardest game we have left given that it's straight after the international break and most of our players played, pluswe have a few niggles. What a stupid time for a Euro playoff. Why weren't these done after the groups finished back in Nov/Dec?

Grow some balls!
Sounds like half the team are out, Roberts, Gruev and Gnonto all reporting injuries.
What a time to have an injury crisis! As if it is not bad enough playing on a Friday night after the internationals, we now have several key players doubtful for the next couple of games. Fu©k Sky TV.
Points will be dropped this weekend, especially as Southampton play Ipswich, so something has to give. The question is, how much do we have in the tank?
If you offered me three points from these fixtures, I would take that right now, but I think we may have to sacrifice our unbeaten record. Hull have an easy fixture on Friday against Stoke and they will be out for blood on Monday. They might just be too strong for us.
Having said that, Farke has proven he can dig the points out even when the team is not up to speed, and if he can produce the same kind of tactical nous over the next two games, I would be happy with that.
I think we’ll do ok this weekend 👍 (… 🙏).
Surely we would have been playing on Friday anyway, with it being Good Friday? The fact that it is away, and a long way away, is a bit of a nightmare but, because the game is on Sky, we kick off in the evening later than everyone else. We will probably be down to 3rd though, before KO, if Leicester and Ipswich both win.
