I'm hoping these remains are really old otherwise there's going to be a distraught family out there somewhere.

Reading about it though it seems the Police are on the lookout for suspicious activity so that suggests something more recent. How sad.

They found just a torso and apparently can't be sure if it's male or female yet so it must be old.

That's obviously sad too but I hope that's the case and that no family has to suffer now.
