Hope Milkins wins, Dave really annoyed me when he bottled the semi in 2019 and then started crying.

Glad he won a ranking event because he deserved it, but would prefer Milkins. He waffles a lot but he can be entertaining.

I think Maguire might come good in that quarter and make it to the semi. I can see it being Maguire v Allen in that half to get through to the final

Ryan Day gave Ronnie a really tough match in 2006 and Ronnie can’t afford to be complacent.

But all in all, a pretty relaxed win.

Day won't be strong enough over 25 frames

Allen has obviously got rid of a lot of demons.
He seems like a different guy to a few years ago.

I wonder after beating Ding, if it will give Jack a new level of confidence - maybe he won't win it, but Brecel showed last year if you can be on it at the right time anything can happen, and it would be a typical Crucible story that Jack's first trophy is the big one.

I really hope Lisowski wins a ranker soon as he is well capable of it, but don’t think he will do much at the Worlds this year. He beat Robbo one year and then bottled his next match.

Obviously, if he proves me wrong, I will hold my hands up. It would be great to see Lisowski do well.

Jack is a great player to watch, but he's so frustrating.. Lesser players, far lesser players than him ( Jordan Brown, Mark King) have ranking titles, yet he hadn't... Mad...

With Lisowski, I guess I mean more young in terms of what he has achieved (or not achieved really), so there's got to be a hunger there to really prove himself. He is frustrating, but maybe this 1st round result is what he needs.
