Quick question: keep the World Championship at the Crucible - yes or no?

Yes

No

It can stay, but they need a bigger venue, better facilities. If not, it will definitely go. Most likely it will go anyway

67 break from Jones and he trails 17-12 and we have a mid session interval

if that fkucing **** hadn't missed that sitter over the pocket it'd have been 16-13 and a snooker match.

I'm not sure the venue can be made bigger, so I have to say no

maximum to stay in it?

The worlds should stay at the crucible, the infrastructure can be improved as much as funding should be released for the project the WST should also be popping their hands into their own pockets.

The Hearn "build me a venue" effectively holding the council to ransom is ludicrous. Just like in the US sports franchises pressuring state/city legislature to constantly build them new facilities for free by threatening to go elsewhere. vulgar vulgar behaviour.

Definitely don't want it in China, or gready middle east... A bigger Crucible in Sheffield would be ideal.. Can't see that happening though, so please keep it in the UK at a bigger venue.... I think we all know where it's headed though...

Maximum chance for Jak. Big ask with 2 reds on the cushion.

No maximum but a good 96 break from Jones and he trails 17-13.

There must be loads of alternative venues in the UK. Look at how the Masters at the Ally Pally and the UK in York have been relocated to great effect.

Let's be honest, the Crucible is just too small. It's the WCs, and it should be in the most amazing venue, with great facilities etc.

Of course retired players have great memories of it, but time to move on, it's not fit for purpose for the biggest tournament in the calendar

I think the fact that Wilson is playing Jones is obviously affecting him, in terms of the pressure of being a strong favourite and the fact that Jones isn't really punishing him. I wouldn't say complacency, but if Jones was punishing him in most of the frames, I think that would naturally make Wilson up his game.

As Ronnie says, it's kike Jones has dragged Wilson slightly down

or it's like Wilson is perhaps not as good as he thinks he is?

or possibly he's having a few jitters about winning the Worlds for the first time ever?

or he's wondering how much more he's going to get from the new Snooker tour and how many more zeros this title will add to his package?
