With a handle like his he's more likely to be searching for Brazilians

I think Kris Boyd has Tav for POTY?
You can’t argue his consistency over a decade or so.
Consistently scores Pens
Consistently bottles a Title
Consistently promises … “next game > Real Rangers”

I wonder if the Rangers board haven’t considered playing their few remaining home games closed doors?

They need full points after all.

I'm not buying into any tim hubris on here. We have an advantage in the closing stages, that's all. We had a way bigger advantage before Beale was punted and spurned it. Still time for another twist and too close to call.

they do perform better when nobody is there to see them.

Agree with that. In the meantime though, their mini implosion is still pretty funny. Honestly thought we were dead and buried after they hit the top spot, but vertigo seems to have kicked in.

Genuinely think that freak Maeda goal was the point the wind got taken out Ranger sails.

And of course it was completely Tavs fault.

I think there was such a big build up to that game that Rangers were so focussed on winning and taking full control of the league and then that goal absolutely hit them in the nuts.

In game we were probably worthy of a draw based on the second half but I think the net effect of that game was, rather than galvanising the team, it made them lose belief they had what it takes to win the league.

I think Phil had them believing then they had the stuffing knocked out them.

Rangers went from a potential 5 point lead to trailing by 3.

just goes to show doesn't it. we need to drop 4 points in 5 games and rangers need to be perfect if we do.

thats what makes the old firm game massive, but when you look at what rangers fans said last week about winning all their games to win the league, same applies really, just with the added proviso of clawing back a few goals.

with 5 games to go, the gd is not substantial.

Rangers are going through what we went through in early December. It was a horrendous run that wiped out the 8 point lead we had built up.

By going through it then we had time to recover and we actually did go on a good run after that. The problem is we have never had an amazing spell. We have had loads of one half games where in that one half we wipe teams out.

Dropped points here and there happen.

Had we not had that poor December spell then it could be argued that Rangers under Clement just kept the pace but without the pressure of a title race. The pressure is what has hit them in the past few weeks. It's the business end of the season.

You never know they could well finish the season with 5 wins out of 5 after this bad spell. We did similar at the end of December. Do that and they win the league and these past 10 days get forgotten about

maeda is massive loss, which is an odd comment for a winger that cant dribble, cross, pass, or shoot properly.

A bit like Stokes just not in the way you'd imagine.

Season seems as good as over bar the cup, but at least we’ve made more from Europe this season than we did last season

So should have more money to spend in the summer

You’ll need it. Squad value has dropped from last season and decent players move further out of reach.

Said at the time he was here that all the posting SM from the private gym was fake nonsense and his career has nosedived further - this will be trying the same con on Santos - guys constantly in the gym don't look like cheeseburger chas.

Alfredo Morelos has hired a personal fitness trainer in a bid to get into shape after admitting he needs to do more to succeed at Santos.

The former Rangers striker was bombed into the reserves at the Brazilian club and told he wouldn't play in their Serie B campaign which starts tonight

Santos president Marcelo Teixeira claimed Morelos' bumper contract was a remnant of 'past administrations of the club.'

However, after a meeting this week, Morelos was told he would return to the Santos squad, but must work on his fitness.

And the Colombian has agreed to do that after acknowledging he needs to improve, following just two goals in 19 games for Pele's old club.

He said: "I'm not thinking about leaving Santos. I have a contract and I am training as much as possible to give the best version of myself.

"I am aware that I must give something extra and that is why I am working with the club and with a private physical trainer to be 100 per cent."

Santos open their Serie B campaign - after they were relegated for the first time in their history - with a game tonight against Paysandu.

This looks debatable.

We should have the numbers to discuss this.

We’ve all made similar mistakes. Thinking we can buy fitness. I’ve had a personal trainer. I bought an ab-roller in the 00s. I used to buy Men’s Health religiously.

None of these things made me much fitter. Football clubs have gyms and trainers of their own, surely.

Go and do the hard yards, tubby.

That was the thing - Buff could drive the 5 minutes from his house to Murray Park and workout any time 24/7 in relative privacy whilst having access to free experts plus setting an example to the younger lads but chose a place that was nearer Sanctuary.

Anyway, your story reminded me of the old joke..
I was in a Bullworker ad!
I imagine you were the 'before' and not the 'after'?
Naw, I was the Bullworker

I’m going to guess Crawford Baptie. But really only because he’s my go-to answer when I don’t know the answer to any question at all.

True story I once bought a car from the Arnold Clark where Crawford Baptie was the sales guy's boss. Even worse, the sales guy's name was Rock Starrs.

I'm pressing the Challenge button.

Of the 3 names there I say Arnold Clark is the false wan.
