Don't even think it will be that. Either completely exonerated, and it's everyone else that has completely misjudged them, or 'case not proven' because the evidence needed to prove them guilty is probably beyond the scope of the investigation.

It always surprises me that there's any debate about this?

In any sport if any team/person has bent/broken the rules then anything they've won while doing so should be awarded to the runner up.

Obviously it's not the same as winning the trophy at the correct time but it's better than cheats prospering.

Pretty sure the charges cover the period 2009-2018. Which off the top of my head would give Liverpool an extra 1 and United an extra 2 (depending on whether 17/18 is covered).

Not that that will happen anyway. And not that I really want it to tbh - only weird people would find joy in retrospectively winning league titles from 10 years back.

Good job I've kept my 30 losing £100 Liverpool to win the league betting slips.

Dunno if I'm in the minority, but I wouldn't want them. If it was PEDs then maybe. At the end of the day the trophies were won on the field.

Not sure I’d want them, would feel very hollow. City should definitely be stripped of every trophy won though and relegated to league two.

Can see them being disqualified from the CL for a season or 3. Won't be just a fine imo.

City will be awarded an extra treble or two for being inconvenienced

I feel like you're going to be disappointed if you're expecting anything to come of the charges in the near future
