I'm not convinced by Raya. Not world class and has a propensity to make a silly mistake. Ramsdale not the answer too, especially as he cannot play out from the back and his confidence is low. Genuinely think we should get a better keeper i, this summer and make Raya No. 2 at best. Sell Ramsdale to generate funds for a world class No. 1. Raya makes me nervous
Raya a lucky man. He takes stupid chances especially considering that the pitch was slippery all game.
Two gifted goals,and Raya didn't have to make a save.
Three points very welcome.

We were sloppy all game, starting with Partey giving it away just outside our own box a few minutes in. Then Trossard and Tomiyasu lost the ball a few times in dangerous areas, loads of trying to dribble out the box. We took advantage of a very poor defensive team in the first half though. Spurs whole defensive tactic seems to be hope vdV can sprint back in time.
On another day a ref will give that as a penalty just before the Saka goal, and VAR wouldn't overturn it. I think the rather blatant dive by Kulusevski just before went against him as well as the contact was very minimal. Maddison dived though, and his later play-acting against Tomiyasu was pathetic. He has not impressed me at all since the 10 game streak, surely he is not getting in the England squad ahead of Palmer?

Havertz was heading in from inside the six yard box if a goalkeeper can't command his six yard box let a lone the penalty area you've got a problem.

I think it’s a bit of a caaant tactic tbf. City and West Ham have done it already this season.
We just can’t defeat set pieces. That’s our issue. Van de Ven is fast as hell, but he’s really not great in the air.
We made a meal of this game. We had better control in the second half than in the first half until Raya put out his horror show. Then it gets nervy but dont think that Spurs had a big chance to equalise.

I honestly think Ramsdale is your Joe Hart. Raya your Claudio Bravo. Wouldn’t surprise me if Arteta goes and get an entirely new GK elsewhere this summer.
Btw you lot were lucky today. Hope you all enjoyed it.
