Theres absolutely no way of knowing who would work and who wouldn't outside of the very obvious ones. It's a bit of a pointless discussion.
For example if you're taking another manager with the exact squad then probably not too many. However how many of these managers buys Antony Onana Mount etc? How far you winding the clock back basically.

Granted he should have sacked them, but then he's not the only one in recent years that hasn't done that in time
I think OP is massively underestimating the state of the current situation.
There is only about 4-5 managers in the whole world I'd say would do much better given the circumstances at the moment.
