I think the ‘hype’ is deserved. Who else is performing better than him right now as a no.10 / SS? And even then it really is mad how versatile he seems to be. He went from playing a deeper role in Dortmund scoring a goal every 7-8 games (but still performing well), to doing what he’s doing now..impressive.
Hes definitely got some amazing PR.

he is prob one of the most complete players in the game right now. what is his area that he needs to improve on the most?! its actually scary to think of his game in that way
He had a good scoring run but that has gone now.

Yeah not like he didn't just score last week to win a Clasico in stoppage time... for the 2nd time this season.
He's made a big step up and continued his progression into a world class player. Compare him to say Sancho who regressed massively after a big money move shows the class and the mentality of him. The Real crowd aren't going to support a player after a big money move if he's playing poorly so he had to hit the ground running which he did spectacularly. Easy to forget he's still only 20 as well and will only get better.
This is a pretty strange article, I love Rice and Odegaard but Bellingham could well be a crucial player in a side that wins La Liga and the CL this season whilst our boys end up empty handed. Odegaard also has a lot to prove as an influence on big games, same as Rice actually.

Agree entirely ,and having seen him and RM this season quite a few times, it seems that the RM fans are of the same opinion.

At 20 years old Zidane was playing for Cannes, about to get his move to Bordeaux. Years and years away from being a key player for RM.
What is it about the British public that need to kick down talent or success?!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They're not kicking down his success because he is British. Don't be ridiculous. They are kicking down his success because he is black.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who is kicking him down because of his colour? The OP or just people in general?

To be honest I am shocked how good he has been at Real Madrid. I never expected him to score so many goals which is the main aim of football. I wish we got him now as the one thing we struggle with is scoring goals even after having lots of chances.
